I followed directions. These test strips are worthless. I tried thses test strips several times with inaccurate results. I was doing keto and waited a few weeks after purchase to use. I should have tested them right away because I was not able to get a refund for the return window had closed.

Come on people...you don't urinate on the stick. You urinate into a clean container first -- then dip the stick. Lots of info on strip. Does the job I need it for.

    • They don't explain all the values
Even reached out to customer service. They have new values on there and they don't fully explain them on their website. When I reached out to customer service they told me to just to look at the insert. The insert doesn't have the detailed information like the website does for everything else. I did have to send two email to finally get a response. The strips as well say not to let the urine touch between the pads but the only way I have found to do this is to use a Qtipp between them to get the excess off. ... show more

    • I Always Take A Picture Of The Test Results, For Comparing To The Bottle's Chart
These Test Strips work great! Much cheaper than going to the medical lab, and paying for tests, until you go bankrupt. I always have my Smart Phone ready. To take a picture of the Test Strip's colors, right after the 60 seconds, with a urine sample on the Test Strip. With time, the Test Strip colors will change, so it is important to get the colored results right after 60 seconds. Later, I read down the Bottle's Chart, 1 by 1, and compare the Test Strip results, against the Bottle Chart's colors. Record the test results. These urine Test Strips are an excellent way to keep tabs on your own health, and catch anything that requires that you see a Doctor. ... show more
