This mouthpiece is a good beginner or intermediate. I however found the opening to wide for me. —- I have used this mouthpiece for about a year now and this is what it looks like now. It is flaking and chipping off. It is a piece of junk.

The set or kit as they call it is a good price point value. However, when my mouthpiece arrived the box had been opened, the lettering on the stencil of the mouthpiece was smeared, and the ligature was and still is bent out of round. This mouthpiece is good but it's a different shape compared to the picture they gave us. I say it's worth it but it's the ad vs reality situation.
