  • A Magnificent Wall mounted TV
This has to be the best wall mounted TV in terns of its stupifying pallete of colors and the elegance of its overall flush mounter appearance. Amazon’s no interest purchase plan was an ideal option we were able to take advantage of. The TV was delivered to our home by an experienced team. Since we were replacing an equally large 10 year old Sharp wall mounted TV I had installed, I was familiar with the mounting procedures, and all the requisite wiring and power socket were available in the wall. Still, the mounting bracket for LG OLED is probably one of the cleverest and unique mounting systems I have ever encountered: the TV literally hangs on it like a picture frame. Lifting the 77” into place requires at least 3 strong adults. BTW. It is important that your cable Box is the latest 4K model available and be aware that mastering the TV’s Universal Remote can present a steep learning curve. Also, since the LG OLED does not incorporate Roku into its internal options, at least not yet, in order to avoid conflicts between the external Roku device and the other devices one might have attached to the Tv, certain settings have to be changed, ie turned off. ... show more

  • Super nice TV
Extremely nice TV! It looks amazing the quality it insane with the OLED technology. It was kinda hard to put up on the mount on the wall but it will go up. The TV also look wavy when it’s off but it’s not noticeable when the tv is on and does not effect the quality at all

  • Great customer service
My first panel arrived damaged. It had vertical striations across the entire screen, clearly some sort of manufacturing defect or heat damage. Naturally this was my worst nightmare because I figured it would be an ordeal to try exchanging such a large and expensive product. That couldn't have been further from the truth, however. I sent a message to Ubuydirect on Amazon that night, and got a response within an hour (on a Sunday evening!). They told me to rest assured that they'd take care of it. They reached out the next day with a phone call to get further details and then said they'd be in touch with LG to start the process for me. Within the week they had scheduled a replacement tv to be delivered and the original to be picked up. I hardly had to lift a finger throughout the whole process, and it made for a really great experience. Will definitely feel confident ordering from this seller again. ... show more

  • Lasted only 2 years Big pain in the ars to get it fixed.
My LG (LG OLED G1 Series 77) lasted 2 years and the panel quit (according to LG). LG said that they had a 5 year warranty on the panel but only for burn-out. My LG would shut off immediately after I turned it on and you would see some vertical green lines for a few seconds. LG told me that the warranty didnt cover it. I complained enough for them to cover it. They gave me a warranty service center in my area that didnt exist. Called LG again and they gave me the name of another warranty service center. The warranty shop never showed up to our appointment the first go around and was 4 hours late on the second go around. The person who showed up received no information from LG as to my problem which I had sent a video to LG during the initial phone conversation. Long story short, I had to pay for diagnostics, and labor which was about $300 bucks and didnt have my TV for 3 1/2 weeks. My last TV was a Pioneer Elite Plasma. Lasted 18 plus years with no issues. ... show more

  • Almost perfect
Got the 77 inch G1 OLED and let me tell you, this thing is amazing. Hands down is the best looking screen I've ever seen. My in laws have the LG OLED model from 2 years ago and this is night and day difference even from that. Gaming is incredible, has even improved my K/D ratio in COD. My only 2 complaints are: The Mount is really wonky and needs improvement. Also on the 77inch there are several indentations on the screen which really annoy me to see during the day when the TV is off, it just looks damaged and should not be present on a TV of this price point. You do not see them when the tv is on and does not impact picture at all so it's manageable. ... show more

  • Wow, its assume
I bought this to put on the wall in my living room. It barely sticks out from the wall. Nice design work. It really does look like an art gallery when doing the portraits. The supplied wall mount looks very cheap and weak. However after it gets mounted it seems to get the job done. The new OS running on this TV is very bad. Serious video lag on startup and when switching APP to APP or video sources. Its updated a few times and is getting better but long way to go. My LG 65" does not have similar lag and the user interface is much better. Why did they screw it up? 65" works great. I would buy it again. ... show more

  • The best
So far this is the absolute best TV I've ever owned. My father in law and friends are big time jealous. It does cost a bit but you won't be disappointed. The picture is as close to perfect as I've ever seen on a television.
