  • Super Nice and Premium Feel
Size: 1/4"DR. 20~200 IN-LB Style: Inch-Pound
I just got the LEXIVON Inch Pound Torque Wrench (1/4-Inch Drive), and I have to say, I’m really impressed. Right out of the box, it feels super nice and premium. The materials feel sturdy, and it definitely has a high-quality look that you don’t always find in tools at this price. The black finish is not only sleek but also seems durable, while the bright yellow numbers and lines make it so much easier to read the measurements. The dual scale is clear, and the calibration feels spot on. It has a solid feel in my hand, which gives me a lot of confidence when doing engine work. Honestly, this wrench outperforms other big box brands I’ve tried in the past. It’s comfortable to use for longer sessions, which is a huge plus for me. Overall, I think this torque wrench is fantastic. It works really well and looks great too. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality torque wrench for personal use or engine work. ... show more

  • Exceeded All Expectations for DIY Projects!
Size: 1/2"DR. 25~250 FT-LB Style: Foot-Pound
I recently used the LEXIVON 1/2-Inch Drive Click Torque Wrench (LX-184) for a series of DIY projects, including torquing suspension bolts, frame bolts, calipers/brakes, struts, and control arms, all to manufacturing specs. This tool has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. At first, I was skeptical about the price, but after multiple uses, I can confidently say it's worth every penny. The wrench is incredibly durable and shows no signs of wear, even after tackling some tough jobs. The accuracy of the torque readings is spot-on, providing me with the confidence that I'm tightening everything to exact specifications—even my wife was surprised by the accuracy. The adjustment mechanism is smooth and intuitive, and the audible click when reaching the target torque is a lifesaver, ensuring I don't over-tighten any components. The ergonomic design, with its comfortable and firm grip, makes the tool easy to handle, even during long sessions of mechanical work. I especially appreciate the handle's design—its round tube shape transitions into a more smoothed rectangular form, offering a higher moment of inertia in the direction of torque, which enhances control and precision. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality torque wrench for your DIY or professional projects, I highly recommend the LEXIVON LX-184. It's well-made, user-friendly, and perfect for any mechanical work. This tool delivers on all fronts. ... show more

  • Lexivon 2 Years Later
Size: 1/2"DR. 10~150 FT-LB Style: Foot-Pound
So I’ve had this specific torque wrench for over 2 years now. Using it for automotive work. I will say this is a nice nice torque wrench for the price. The yellow on black makes it extremely easy to read even in the dark. The handle is nice and easy to grip. The case for it is great, I’ve always kept it in the case and the case has taken a tumble here and there but the torque wrench has remained completely fine without a scratch every time. Another good thing is that the spring on this thing is loud, or at least mine is very loud. Not sure if there’s anything wrong with it but it’s never given me a single issue and I like how loud it is as some torque wrenches I've used have been quiet and makes it difficult to tell when you have reached your torque when you’re in a situation when it’s hard to feel the spring lock. A few complaints that I do have is that it can deviate from the ~4% margin of error sometimes by just a little bit. Even though it’s accurate that margin of error can be crucial sometimes. I wish the head was a higher tooth count, sometimes I’ve have been in a tight spot where I have had to take the torque wrench off the nut and move the drive myself because I couldn’t get it to lock into the next tooth due to lack of space. Also wish the handle was just a few inches longer, possibly 22 inches or so instead of the 18 inches that it is. I’ve pushed this thing all the way up to 100 foot pounds before and when you start to get that high it gets incredibly tough with a handle that’s shorter than 24 inches. Although this is partly my fault as for a job that high I should just use a larger torque wrench however this is my only one. Other than that I think it’s a great great torque wrench and I’ve put it through a lot of use and it’s held up fine. Ive easily put over 1,000 clicks through this thing and the spring is still loud and snappy like when I first bought it. ... show more

  • Nice torque wrench for low torque applications.
Size: 1/4"DR. 20~200 IN-LB Style: Inch-Pound
I needed a small wrench to torque at 7 foot pounds, which is 84 inch pounds, and 16 foot pounds, which is 192 inch pounds, while working on a car. This worked perfectly. The scale is easy to read and there was a definitive click when I hit the torque setting I had made. Remember, the scale is in inch pounds , not foot pounds, so you have to multiply or divide by 12 to covert from inches to pounds or pounds to inches. The box has a warning sticker reminding you it's an inch pounds wrench so I suspect some people buy it thinking it's foot pounds. ... show more

  • Seems nice and at a decent price
Size: 1/4"DR. 20~200 IN-LB Style: Inch-Pound
Sure I would love one of those fancy electronic ones but I'm not fixing my own stuff because I'm Jay Leno and enjoy wrenching on my own rare cars. For all us normal broke people, this works fine. I'm always nervous turning these in-lb wrenches because I don't want to break bolts, but this one has a pretty obvious click that should help. I trust it more than doing math and using my huge 1/2 in drive torq wrench, and it was much easier to get into tight places than the big guy. ... show more
