  • Great for Steam Deck
Capacity: 1TB
I bought this card over the summer when I got my Steam Deck. I have a ton of games on this expansive card, mostly large AAA titles like Doom, Doom Eternal, Tomb Raider, GTA V, Halo MCC, Deep Rock Galactic, Skyrim, Elden Ring, Witcher 3, and more. 1TB of space is amazing for a card this small, and it's necessary for storing today's gigantic games if you want more than just a handful installed at once. I have the 512GB variant of the Steam Deck, and even with that internal storage it's nice to have a huge external card as well. Games seem to run fine off of this card as long as you aren't downloading games to it at the same time. Read speeds seem pretty good and I haven't had many issues with loading times or lag due to world loading. However, this card has pretty poor write speeds. I notice it speeding up and slowing down regularly when downloading large games. It also gets quite hot while downloading games. On my Internet connection I usually get around 25MBytes/sec download on Steam. On my PC, this is a constant flatline at 25 but on the Steam Deck downloading to this card, it goes up and down as this card write speed dips below 25, slowing the download. Unfortunately a lot of reviews show this to be the case with this card. When I bought this card, it was one of the cheapest 1TB cards out there. I've also had quite a few failed cards from one of the other major brands, so I was trying to avoid getting one of their cards. I haven't had any failures with this card even after a lot of downloading and gaming on it after over 6 months. ... show more

  • solid one terabyte for my 512GB steam deck
Capacity: 1TB
this is one really robust microSD so robust I mean it's gone through several reboots hard reboots where you just hold and press power until it shuts off cuz it steamdeck not responding sometimes things don't work out in the software upgrades and you're forced to hard reset it. this thing is never skipped a beat I had a full and no time at all I have on my steam library almost 2,000 games that I purchased since last 20 plus years come check out my profile anytime you wish dyingjedi. over the years of getting older it's become a wise decision to buy something like a steam deck with this type of microSD ... show more

  • Issues, but still a good value
Capacity: 1TB
I like having 1tb of space, BUT I had ALOT of trouble copying & pasting onto this w/ my Mac. It did good starting off, but later on I started to have issues. It took almost a wk to get 1tb of data on here, because of the issues. (I can't speak for windows though.) I even reformated & first aided this numerous times, but still had issues. I had to copy almost 1tb of data one by one or two by two alot of times. Alot files or numerous big files/ folders all at once caused the "can't copy, because file is in use" notification and it quit copying all together. But when I downloaded stuff on here from an extra android phone I have, no issues. But when I tried to copy stuff from my Mac for fasting & more convenient results, issues! Would I recommend still, yes I would for the price! But having issues w/ this card sucked! Hope it doesn't malfunction soon tho w/ the issues I had. ... show more

  • My Laptop’s Little Backup Storage
Capacity: 1TB
I needed a new to storage for my steam games before I upgrade my laptop’s internal storage. I’ve had really bad experiences with usb wired external drives in the past, so I decided to try a microSD instead. This little SD card worked better then I expected for the situation I needed it for and the 1tb is just enough to store my games until I upgrade my internal storage. I can’t say much else except “it works for me!” Lol ... show more

  • Works great on steam deck
Capacity: 1TB
Fantastic card for the steam deck. Reasonable price and the design makes it easy to see which ones are my game cards. Not a single performance problem on the card

  • Loads Games Fast, Downloads Extremely Slow
Capacity: 1TB
At the time I purchased this, it was 99 dollars. An excellent deal. Positive points -The games load super fast. For an SD card the loading times are quite comparable to an SSD. Negative points -The download and transfer speeds are extremely slow, basically slower than a Hard Drive. (Low 25 range) It makes sense why they never put the write speeds on the box. I would recommend getting this for price I got it for. Anything more would be best to get a card with less space but better performance overall. Read speeds: North of 140 Write speeds: Lower than 30 Side Note: While it says 1tb and appears to be less on your system. It's not a lie, it's just how computers are structured. People think 1000 bits (base 10) Computer see 1024 bits (base 8) The result, 976 bits is what you see in the end. The math is different, basically a marketing trick in which they aren't lying to you, they just hide the fact that they are using a different counting system. ... show more

  • Got it on sale for 99$, works great on steam deck
Capacity: 1TB
I got this one on sale for 99$ and it was a steal. Even without the discount it's still a really solid micro sd. My main use for it has been on the steam deck. The load times are as good as any other high end micro sd.

  • It is a great upgrade to the game storage in a Steam Deck
Capacity: 1TB
I did notice that in the steam deck it gets quite hot when doing lots of sustained writing at high speeds, but doesn't seem to degrade from that happening. It is a great upgrade to the steam deck's game storage. The load times and performance of the games installed to this micro SD card does not seem to suffer from it being elsewhere than the internal storage. ... show more
