The colors in the ad are accurate. It is exactly as pictured and described. It is a pretty yellow like bright butter. Muted tones seem to be most common in home goods stores now, so I was happy to find a more saturated color. I am layering it under another quilt here which can come off in the summer. This is a light-weight quilt. The batting between the layers is thinner than many other quilts, which is exactly what I wanted. It is a light layer for summer or can be layered in colder months.
