I love this headphone. I first bout it for the airplane thinking it would replace my bulky headphones. Although it did not block out all the sounds of the airplane like my last ones, I’ve learned to love them for what they are. I have been able to talk on the headphones and still be able to hear things that are around me. the people on the other end, cannot hear the things that are around me such as vacuuming, air, conditioner, even eating . The sound has been very clear on both ends. I love these headphones as well because they do not have to go all the way inside your ear. I ordered these headphones three months ago and love them. They completely remove any road noise when I'm in my car and stay on better than in-ear ones. They work seamlessly with my Android phone and work computer, and I have no issues using them with Teams. The buttons are small, but I've adapted. However, after a few months, the right earpiece stopped working despite being treated gently the entire time. I tried visiting the LEVN Store for support, but as another reviewer noted, the form couldn't find the model. I then checked the invoice to find the seller and contacted DUWEIKEJI. They sent me troubleshooting tips, but they didn’t fix the issue with the right earpiece. Fortunately, they immediately sent a replacement. As others have mentioned, Dina provided excellent customer service. Despite the issue, I like the headphones and the customer service so much that they deserve 4 out of 5 stars. ... show more

Although a little more expensive than some alternatives, this headset is outstanding. The electronics are stellar with superb (really superb) noise cancelling. I work in a busy environment, but the noise cancelling technology is (as reported by those with whom I speak) great and I am the only thing that is heard. The controls are good but take some getting used to so that you don't disconnect calls instead of doing something else. The soft material design is comfortable even when worn all day and I love the behind the head design because it doesn't interfere with my hair. This product is light weight, easy on the ears not causing any pain over time, battery lasts 10hrs easy (I'm currently using mine while writing this review and have been wearing it and listening to music for 10hrs and still have 50% battery life left), clear calls on both ends AND I can clearly hear my surroundings while listening to music or on a call.
