Great suspension, 99% of what I do is city riding in NYC and I can’t feel the road at all. That should tell you something. Assembly was pretty easy and it comes with an instruction manual + video so you are covered there. Battery life is pretty good but I haven’t had too much testing on it, I just wish it was a faster charger 6-8 hours is a lot :( Its got Hydraulic Dics with Mineral Oil Brakes, they are great, when stopping I usually only use the back brake as it’s sufficient even in emergency’s. If your purchasing this bike to pedal for long times, don’t get this bike, or any moped style e bike in general, I’m 6’2 and this bike is a perfect fit for me, I wouldn’t recommend to a person shorter then 5’10 since the seat isn’t adjustable Great looking bike, bright lights, amazing torque (super73 RX didn’t even have this much torque) So far I think it’s worth the money, I will be updating this review the more I ride it :) Update: Beware, Only a couple days in the inner tube in the back tire went, Had to go get it replaced, Seller was quick to respond and offer a full refund for what I paid at the bike shop to get it replaced. ... show more

This is a very solid bike!! Definitely a head turner. The red makes the bike pop and is very sleek and nice looking. Assembly was pretty easy. Rides smooth and fast. I have gotten mine to go 35mph slightly downhill. Bike is a little heavy so just keep that in mind if you live in an apartment with stairs or something like that. Other than that no complaints it’s a great bike with great power, speed and range. Highly recommend!! ... show more

This E-bike is so fast and very powerful. People around me say that a nice and fancy bike. The bike is sturdy and well-crafted. The design of the frame is perfect and they use very durable materials. This bike is strongly made. Customer service is very helpful. The bike overall is excellent.

My bike arrived damaged. The front axel was missing, presumably from the damaged box the bike arrived in as well as the front brake disc was bent. These were the only items visibly damaged when inventorying the parts. I contacted Hidoes customer support and after a few days of back and forth over e-mail they shipped the parts. Almost 2 weeks later the parts arrive and I assemble the bike only to find that the battery doesn't work. I double check charging, mounting, and installation procedures according to manual and the battery isn't working. Both the charge level indicator light and the power button on the bike fail to elicit any response. I contact customer support again, and over another week's correspondence through e-mail I describe in detail what is wrong, including filming two YouTube videos. After I jumped through every hoop they asked for, the company completely stopped responding. Haven't heard from them in a week despite sending multiple emails. ... show more

I took it for first real ride today. I’m 5’4” tall and 140 lbs. Standing up it’s at my crotch but that’s okay with me. I went about 26 miles and up a good size hill with pedal assist and used about 1 bar of battery. It looks amazing and is comfortable to ride. The only thing that happened is the bracket holding on the handle bars came loose so I’ll either add lock washers or loctite! I’ll leave another review after riding it more. I did my research and so far this bike is one of the best e bike I searched so I had to get it! didn’t fit in my trunk Camry sedan and this bike is heavy at least 100 lbs but over all this bike is amazing , easy to set up and very comfortable.

    • Great bang for your buck
This thing is fast. I use it to commute to work. Some days paved road some days I’ll take the dirt road. Rides extremely smooth. Battery life is amazing. Assembly instructions aren’t very clear but if you have a little common sense it’s not that hard. Recommend having a 2nd person to assist but can by done by yourself. I assembled it myself in about an hour would’ve been faster with a helper. Comes with everything you need. All the tools and even a tire pump which was a nice surprise I wasn’t expecting. Brakes are strong you’ll need to adjust them a little bit. Bike basically balances itself once you get going. Without unlocking too speed mode I’ve been able to maintain between 25-30 mph even on a 30 degree incline. Only problem I’ve had is the seat needs a bit more padding but that’s the only real issue. Bike rides very smooth. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to save on gas for their daily commute. ... show more
