So here is my honest feedback: Shell: The PC is very light, but durable. It feels like it's built well. The brushed metal is nice to reduce fingerprinting, and the color is clean/professional. The keyboard is not easy to type on, but I think that's a problem with all laptops. Overall I think it's a nice clean design and I like it. Performance: This PC is cheap in the hardware area, but it's also cheap in the $$ area, which is always correlated. You get what you pay for. Overall, I think this PC is good enough for every day tasks - email, web browsing, YouTube, etc. It's definitively not a gaming PC, but it's a fantastic budget PC. I wanted it for stock trading and YouTube, it works very well for both. Issues: 1) The laptop comes pre-bloated with a lot of bloatware (antiviruses, etc). It's not a clean windows install. I HATE this. It's already hardware gimped from the get-go, and now it's also software gimped from all the bloatware. My solution was to install linux, but that didn't end well either (see #2). 2) If you plan to run linux on this laptop, DO NOT GET IT. I have tried every major distro - fedora, suse, debian, ubuntu, and a few others. Linux runs perfectly fine on the laptop, but the laptop's wifi hardware (rtl8821ce) is NOT supported by any linux distro. The ONLY supporting driver was built for arch linux, but it's no longer supported by the author and has been deprecated. All in all, this is a great laptop and I would highly recommend it. Also, the seller is fantastic. If you want to run Windows, this laptop is perfect for the average budget user, although I would recommend reinstalling Windows to remove the bloat. That being said, this laptop is NOT a good option for me, because I want to run Linux and it's hardware is not supported. There was no way of knowing this prior to my purchase because the rtl8821ce hardware was not listed in the description, and I have never really had hardware issues in the past. Generally speaking, RealTek is usually a pain on linux. I am purchasing a usb wifi stick as a solution to the driver issue, but if that doesn't work I will need to return the laptop, unfortunately. I agree with the negative reviews to only one extent - the battery life could be better. Otherwise, if you have had a Lenovo and are a fan, this is another solid laptop. I've had Lenovo, Dell and HP through work and loved the Lenovo before I had to swap it out for a Dell. The Dell is decent but the touchpad is the worst. My HP's crashed so I decided to go back to Lenovo for home use and the product is as good if not better than I remember. I can't think of a better word than "comfortable" as far as the keyboard, touch screen and touchpad. Aside from that it's fast, has good sound, an excellent picture and is a compact and light to carry around. As long as it stays reliable for the next couple of years, I'll be trading it in for another Lenovo. ... show more

This is the second one we bought this month. My old laptop was dying, we had to buy. My wife picked it up, her eyes lit up, I knew there was to be a second one very soon. We had VERY specific requirements. Small and light. Full HD, with touch screen. Fingerprint unlock. Backlit keyboard, number keypad, 20 GB Ram, 1 TB SSD disk. Windows 11. Highly recommend!! The amount of ram and hard drive space is well worth it!! The only complaint I have is that to use a chrome browser, you have to turn off Microsofts browser and it's a one time change. I don't get that. This has nothing to do with laptop nor the supplier. 10/10 recommend!!!

I bought this laptop and after one week of using it get broken. My hdd was not working. I bought it in USA but i went to live to Mexico. Here in Mexico i take it to Lenovo for warranty and they told me THIS ; that comes with a hard and storage drive that are Chinese and do not correspond to the machine and are useless and to make the warranty valid it has to be in the United States, why was it bought there. So now i cant go back to USA because i dont have visa anymore and Lenovo global warranty is useless. Now lenovo telling me i have to pay 220 usd to repair my laptop even i have warranty. ... show more
