    • Disappointing PC - barely works as shipped
Really disappointing product performance for a $1500 PC. Even with the SSD drive, the PC is extremely slow to start, basic programs load extremely slowly, and the PC shuts off or freezes at random moments. We have also had major issues with the video card. Even after online tech support, we are only getting 5-10 fps on most games even with verified 600mb ethernet connection to the PC. We are now stuck trying to get the manufacturer to repair a pc that we have had for only a month and has never worked well enough to use. ... show more

I have no complaints whatsoever. I have enjoyed the computer and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. It seem like a fair price for what you get and I love how quiet it is when running.

It's a good pc for gaming and everyday work runs good and no problem so far, the only problem with this PC I see is the CPU fan, it's loud and weak. for this PC all you need is a better fan for the CPU and one good fan for the case.

It is very fast and does a great job with the games that I play. The colors are super cool. Shipping was quite fast for a computer, usually they take a couple of weeks. I highly recommend :)

When I got this PC they shipped it with a broken graphics card. Their customer service was nice enough to send me another however…. A few months down the line and the pc just keeps overheating/crashing. I don’t suggest buying this. I think the case is awful and prevent airflow. I should’ve built my own. ... show more

    • Worst computer out there.
This computer doesn’t even come with windows installed. You have to maneuver the motherboard to even get the code for windows. And then windows doesn’t install right so you have to reset your pc. But that doesn’t work, so it just keeps restarting itself over and over forever. Worst $1500 I’ve ever spent. It was delivered today and will be returning it tomorrow. Don’t waste your time with this brand. Customer support is also only available conveniently Mon-Fri 8:30-5, and nothing on weekends. ... show more
