The Chromebook wouldn't turn on at first. It turns out the charger that was sent with it does not work. Luckily, I had a Type C charger that does power it (phone charger). Sometimes, it can be a little slow to respond, especially with very fast typing. It will take a couple of seconds to register the text. Overall, for the price, it was worth it because I needed something right away to continue working. The touchscreen works, no stylus is included (as stated in the description). It is not compatible with all apps, so know that going in. If you NEED a certain app, be sure it has a web version or check to see if it's compatible first. ... show more

I'm still getting used to this Chromebook, as I always had a larger screen. I was shopping when this unit popped up on sale, and I impulse-bought it due to the price !! I don't impulse buy.....but this time I'm glad I did !! The unit is very easy to set-up { I'm no techie } & is very well constructed..........I'm very happy with this Lonovo & would recommend it to anyone. ... show more

My son refused to send it back during the send back window time frame. So I bought a pen for it with the same model number still didn't work. This computer Is awesome when it works properly and isn't freezing or touch screen stops working

    • Will Not Charge on Arrival
When I took this out of the packaging, there was a noticeable blemish on the outside. As if stickers had been removed. I didn't think much of it. I plugged it in, and immediately there was a problem with the charging port. I got a message that the charger was of a "Low Power". I turned the cable over in the port to see if it was directional. Then the charger did not work at all. I had another charger of the same type, and I tried that to the same result.
