Very deserving of a five star review. We have found these silicone bagel molds to be of very high quality. The design is absolutely genius. The silicone stays cool to the touch, making it easy and safe to hold the bagels in simmering water prior to topping and then baking them right on the molds. Water drains off quickly through the bottom perforations that also enable even browning when they bake. I've had no problems washing mine in the top rack of the dishwasher. A small bonus is that they make me smile whenever I use them because they look like witches' hats. 🙂 My husband and I look forward to getting many years of happy use from these sturdy but flexible forms. If you live more than one state west of the Mississippi you don't have access to proper bagels, which are dipped in boiling water before baking, and tend to have big round holes, so that their texture is somewhere between a hard roll and a soft pretzel. Bakers out here just won't do it and you get stuck with these degenerate undersized squishy Kaiser rolls. Making them well yourself requires vast amounts of practice and attention and is always chancy. These little gadgets make it possible to dip the bagel in the boiling water, pop it onto a pan, bake it, and come out with a right-textured bagel every time. Is indeed safe to boil, bake and wash in dish washer. Quality silicone. Makes it hard to boil evenly as you cannot flip the bagel over. Makes the hole in the center a bit too big for my taste. Otherwise a great concept that could just use a few tweaks...thus I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Work like a charm! And so easy and fast. And the recipe they include.... delicious!! These bagels never last part day one when my 12 year old makes these. Really, best bagels I've ever had. My only complaint....six is too few bagel makers for how good these are. Ten in a pack would be better!

I've made several batches of canna bagels, using cannabutter in place of oil/butter in various bagel recipes. These molds make it so much easier, and much better quality, than just baking them flat on a cookie sheet. Planning on getting 2 more sets so I can make bigger batches

I bought these to help shape my bagels and make them more uniform. They did not disappoint. They are super easy to use, but the boiling part is a bit challenging. The molds want to float so you have to hold them down, which it tough bc the water is boiling and the steam is hot. Once you figure out how to maneuver that, you are good to go. They go from the pot of water to the oven. And they are super easy to clean. ... show more
