The media could not be loaded. I think this is a great toy but unfortunately it only kept my cat entertained for 1 min. After that she only liked it when I would physically move it for her around the house not as it was we hanging. I liked that it came with so many toy add ons/ replacements. My cat might just be getting too old for playing (she's 3) but these strings don't seem to be long enough. At first she would play for it for a few seconds at a time but, she's not playing with it anymore and it's only the second day of owning it.. 😅 Anyways, if she were younger or the strings were a bit longer, it seems like it would be a really decent toy for the price. This product is exactly what it says it is. Nothing super fancy. I have had others like this product in the past and my cats pull it right off the doorframe immediately and easily but this one has stayed really well.
