    • Beautiful Uke! Fun for the whole family
We are a house of music. My husband is one of those people that can pick up any instrument and play it, and it's quickly becoming apparent that all of my kids must have inherited his music-loving DNA. We have instruments of all sorts around the house in varying degrees of age-appropriateness, sizes, and quality, but this is our first ukulele! I wasn't really sure what I was getting myself into when ordering this ukulele because I wasn't able to see it before receiving it, but we are all impressed! It was packaged well for shipping, and on top of that it came with its own case to keep it protected. This is no toy ukulele--it's pretty well-made, and handsome. It's a charming little instrument and has a good sound, even when it's me playing it lol, though we've all taken turns strumming it while perusing around the house. My husband has taken to playing it and singing songs about everyday life to keep the kids motivated about undesirable activities, like brushing their teeth and getting ready for bed. This has the potential to get a tad annoying over time lol, but for now it's good fun, and the kids think it's hilarious. My kids absolutely adore the ukulele--it's just their size and not overwhelming or cumbersome for them to hold like the other guitars in the house, and it has such a cheerful sound that they can't resist a smile when playing it. We've had it for more than a few days and have not needed to re-tune it from the first time we tuned it out of the box. It came with an autotuner which made my oldest daughter's eyes light up because she uses the same one when tuning her violin, and she set to tuning the ukulele right away (proud parent moment). It also came with extra strings, a few yellow picks, and a shoulder strap, which I thought were a thoughtful touch to include. This ukulele has been a fun addition to have around the house.     • Well-made complete starter kit
This Ukulele came with everything you need; case, strap, picks and tuner and it looks great to boot. My son is currently stationed in Hawaii so I got it for him. He was off and strumming in no time. He definitely liked it. Everything seemed to be made of quality material. Hopefully it’ll hold out and last him for the remainder of time that he is in Hawaii. ... show more

I like the look of this ukulele. Nice decorative pattern. It has a nice sound enhanced by the domed body. It tunes nicely and stays tuned. Excellent ukulele for a beginner like me.

    • A high quality instrument at a great value
I've been trying to learn ukulele off and on for a while now. This instrument makes me want to get serious about it. It is extremely well made, with high end features and style. The details are beautifully burned into the wood, and everything about it looks incredible. It includes what I'm told is a traditional style hook strap, but has really nice strap pegs like a guitar. The tuner, the case, and even the picks that are included are really, really nice. And it sounds gorgeous! The tone is perfect, and the action is just right, making it so easy to play. My brother has been playing for years, and has several high end ukes, and he was blown away by this one. I hope to one day be able to play in a way worthy of this beautiful instrument. ... show more

    • Sounds good and well made.
I'll start off by saying I am percussionist. I do play some guitar and bass but never tried the ukelele. This little instrument is awesome.... I have a hard time putting it down. I have nothing to compare it to but with this product it is perfect for a beginner such as myself. The company gives you all the tools you will need to learn how to play. The craftsmanship of the ukulele looks great to me. The sound is pretty good quality, keep in mind that this is a beginner instrument however I was not disappointed at all and since they give you a tuner, pics, extra strings and basically everything you need to play, that in itself makes it very enjoyable to play and learn the art of this instrument.
