I choose the bungee type cords instead of springs. Much quieter verses squeaky springs. The handle bar is a bonus. Can not bounce without it.....yet. very good for extra security for balance. We like the item itself, putting it together calls for a lot of strength to attach all the bungee cords. Two feet covers were split in half and fall off the legs anytime you move the rebounder. I tried and tried to 'contact seller', it is NOT available, it just gives you 'seller review'. This is a sturdy, steady, and perfectly sized item for grown-ups looking to jump their way into shape. The handle is what really makes it unique. I once attempted to jump on a workout trampoline without a handle and, after a less-than-stellar tumble, almost fractured my ankle. I can bounce as high as a giraffe with this one, though, and I won't have to worry about hitting my face. This trampoline is really well-made and robust. Finding any shortcomings in it is difficult. The one peculiarity is that the feet may gradually create dents if you set it on a padded gym mat. Because it keeps the trampoline in its original location, I don't mind! After a year of utilizing this trampoline every day for around 30 minutes, I have lost 10 pounds. Since my employment requires me to stay in shape, using this trampoline has become an essential part of my daily routine. I bought this as a Christmas gift. It was a pain to assemble but was stable once it was put together. It has not been used that much, and mostly by my 14, 12, and 8 year old children who are not overweight. The bungees are connected via a loop that is stitched to the pad. Five of these loops have now torn off. The bungees did not break, but the stitches tore out of the loop. It was great while it worked, but will be in the trash soon. It should certainly have lasted longer than 3 1/2 months. I don't even know if a replacement pad is available. ... show more

One thing, it's pretty big. I wanted a bigger version so it's fine by me, but it's quite a bit larger than some of the others out there. The bar is wobbly, I had to put in paper to try to stop it from wobbling so much as it's kind of annoying if you're hanging onto the bar for balance support. Then right off when I started using it the bands keep slipping out of their holders. Yes, they were installed properly, but apparently when you're bouncing around on it they can fairly easily stretch out of their channels and come out. :( Also the material you jump on stretches out really fast so that it's not laying flat anymore even though I've barely used it. So far, a few days into having it I'm not thrilled. ... show more

This trampoline is wonderful! It is stable as well as roomy. By that I mean it is large in comparison to others. The only thing I would say is that it's tricky to install all of the bands around the edges. I popped myself a lot!! I am giving an honest review of my experience with this trampoline and the company that sells it. The trampoline can be put together by one person. If you watch the video on the company's website, it will make it easier. Yes, it is a bit challenging, but doable with the tool provided. For reference, I have a height of 5' 4" and I weigh about 120 pounds. I liked the size of the trampoline and the amount of space for jumping. I felt the bounce was just right, not too little, not too much. I never used the included handlebar. I record my exercise. From my records, I know I jumped on this trampoline for 26 hours (usually 30 -60 minutes at a time) before I had a problem with it. The fabric that attaches the bungee cord to the trampoline separated (not a tear, the seam actually gave out). You can see in the picture where the seam failure occurred. It happened while I was jumping. Luckily, I was not hurt and did not fall of the trampoline. Fortunately, I was just within the 1 year warranty period (11 months I had owned it). So, I contacted the company and told them what happened and provided pictures of the separated part. I did get a prompt response, and they sent me the necessary parts and tool. To fix the problem requires taking apart and re-assembling the trampoline surface, which in my mind is a big hassle. I asked the company if they would warranty the replacements parts. They responded that they would not. And since it is past the 1 year warranty period now, I will just have to hope the problem does not occur again. I must say I am disappointed that they would not warranty the replacement parts. I feel this product should have lasted more than 11 months considering the fact that I did not use the trampoline excessively (only 26 hours). Does the company want to keep making items with poor quality such that in less than a year they break and end up in a land fill? I hope not. So, while I do feel the company did the right thing in honoring the warranty and sending me the replacement parts. I would question the quality of this product, especially since they would not stand behind the replacement parts. ... show more
