Communication with the seller was seamless, and so was delivery. It took me about 30 minutes to fully assemble (screwing in the legs). The numbers of the legs are on its base so be sure to follow the directions for correct placement and DO NOT OPEN THE BOX WITH ANY SHARP OBJECT! For individuals with wide hips or large thighs this chair may be a bit narrow for you so please keep that in mind. I am very happy with my purchase. ... show more
