This kit comes with a large-print booklet that makes assembly easy and fun. The building of the orchid is broken up into 4 stages, each with its own bag of parts. Everything is neatly organized and the flow of the building process is fun. You aren't stopping to search through a huge pile of pieces for that one last part you need. Everything is compartmentalized so that you can focus on the fun of building the model orchid. I had all the parts I needed plus a few extras. Getting the orientation of the orchid branches can be a bit of a challenge, but this is solved with trial and error. At a relaxed pace, this LEGO model took me 3 hours to build. The quality is top notch and exactly what you'd expect from LEGO. The value for your money is good. The model looks beautiful and the material is top quality. I bought this as a gift to myself, but it would make a great gift for anyone who enjoys both the beauty of flowers and putting together LEGO sets. Honestly, this is one of my favorite Legos that I own. Orchids are beautiful to begin with and this one looks so similar to a real orchid. It didn't take too too long to build and it brings so much life to the room

This Lego was easy to put together and the directions were very easy to understand. All parts came labeled in the #step you are on. It did not take that long to put together. It did have a few extra parts . It seems durable and now I can have a plant on my desk without ruining the surface. I love that these orchids will never die and it is very pretty looking. It is bigger than I thought it would be and fits the desktop perfectly. I will be buying more of the Lego botanical collection and it was fun to do. Ordered for my Granddaughter she loved it and really enjoyed putting it together. The variety of pieces did make it easy to put it together. Some of the sizes of the pieces are tiny, not for little ones to put together. She is 15 I have bought other ones for her and she loves them.
