I ordered a set of these hearing aids in early December and have had time to try them out for a while now. The biggest thing to know is that these are strictly amplifiers; there is no sort of noise cancelling feature included. That means they're horrible in situations with alot of background noise. Everything becomes jumbled. That's to be expected at their price point though. In quieter situations such as talking or watching TV at home, they can be a real godsend. The only other complaint I have about them is that it was VERY hard to find the right size ear adaptor among those provided. Without the correct size rubber pieces, the things emit a loud, ungodly shrieking in your ears. Swapping out the adaptors is easy enough. It seems like it was more a problem of my ear canals being between sizes. LONG story short, if you're on a real budget, or don't have hearing loss bad enough that you want to spend an arm and a leg on prescription hearing aids, AND your environment is normally quiet, these are probably a good choice. IF you can afford more and/or are in noisy environments, get something with noise canceling capabilities. ... show more

The aids made things clear there was a bit of background noise but the one ear plug would not charge so quit. There is only an email to contact leel no phone number. I had set up the hearings aids for warranty as stated, then sent email It has been two days still no repose . I would like to keep using these they make hearing more clear . ... show more
