Looks perfect. The mounting holes stamped out so no measuring. Also purchased the mounting plate (cant remember from who) holes lined right up. The plate came with nuts and bolts. ***Jpdate*** The latch broke after less than 2 months with very minimal use. When i first opened it, I noticed the following issues. The backrest had a small hole in it, the paint was scuffed, and it's missing the hardware to mount the luggage rack. Also, the luggage rack doesn't line up with the hole markers real well, so I had to make them slightly larger and the tail light doesn't conform real well to the trunk, so the screws don't reach the holes on the side with the harness and there is a gap between the light and the trunk. ... show more

All the items as shown were shipped. I had to ask why the Stop/Tail/Turn assembly was not shipped, but they came thru.. Products appear to be identical to the King Tour Pack on my friends 2018 Ulta. The description could use some work.. While they indicate it will fit a FLHR Road King they don't share the the huge speaker holes are open to weather and no hardware to plug those huge holes. I also had to ask for pictures/diagrams/instructions regarding the wiring. While you have to drill the holes for the backrest and luggage rack, don't rely on the molded hole indicators inside the tour pack. Use some blue masking tape, align,mark and drill. I would also advise you either purchase the inside mounting plate, or make your own to reinforce the mounting. To there credit, all of my issues and inquiries were answered within a 24/48 hr period. As always, you get what you pay for. Certainly beats Harley's comparable purchase of 1400.00 bucks ... show more

It showed up very well packaged, had multiple layers of protection inside the box. No scratches, nothing broken and no extra holes. Looks like OEM on my bike. Installation was not hard but did take some time. I had to get my own hardware from Lowes, 1/4 x 20- 1 inch long with washers and self locking nuts. The mount holes were not drilled completely through which did not bother me as I would rather drill what is properly lined up instead of having possible extra holes. During install I have opened and closed it numerous times and nothing has broken, I do treat it with some respect and hold the lid til it is fully open and do the same to close. I purchased the two up mount and the metal plate all from the same company. I did have to drill new holes in the metal plate as it did not align correctly. I used some heavy duty velcrow to hold the liner in place. The liner was a bit too tall inside and would not allow the lid to close, I did not force it and trimmed about 3/8" of material from the top edge. I also cut out a sqare for the lids lanyard attachment device. I have not riddin the bike with it yet as it is 29° and snowing. I will update after some rides. As of now I would reccomend this item and this item only not the ones other are getting with extra holes! Lol!!! ... show more

This is a terrible product. I used the tour pack one time and the hinges broke. I have attempted to contact the seller and they have ignored my emails. Also, the luggage rack that was sent didn’t have hardware and the treads in the luggage rack were three different sizes, and one didn’t have threads at all so I had to mount it with only three out of the four screws. Not to mention the seller claims that a metal plate is not necessary to mount the tour pack to the docking hardware. This information is completely false and misleading to customers. I contacted several Harley dealerships and their service departments all verified you definitely need the metal plate so securely mount the tour pack to the docking station. I’m extremely disappointed in the product and would not recommend this product to anyone. ... show more

Product showed up on time missing top rack, contacted seller he sent rack and received about a week later. That was the best part of the transaction. Item was sent with no mounting instructions or hardware. Brake light on tour pack doesn’t work and again no instructions no wiring instructions. Used the tour pack lock twice and second time could not get it back open had to pry the lid open. Liner doesn’t fit properly nor is cut out properly for this tour pack. Holes all in the bottom of tour pack with no plastic plugs or rubber plugs to plug off off holes. You get what you pay for would not recommend this product!!! ... show more

I have bought 2 other tour packs that where no where near as sturdy as this one. Came well packaged and arrived earlier than estimated. The light bar came in a different box and 1 day later. FYI. No instructions on any installation.

Had a few scratches in it when it was delivered it was packaged very well the key lock and latch are troublesome the two bottom latch is where it slides into the docking station or too loose you have to make ship something to keep it from rattling and zip tie the latches from coming loose
