Ran in early morning hours, like 4 or 5 A.M. provides excellent lighting while running. I like the sensor feature. Wave hand light is out another wave of my hand light is back on. Good for insuring you have a driver's attention. Highly recommend to anyone who runs in the dark.

I go out for walk in the early morning hours. It has a range of about 25 feet. Animal eyes light up at about 100 feet. Reflective material at roughly 300 feet. Very light weight.
