    • Love it but…
Love it but it recently started to glitch. I use this mask every other night and I can feel a difference in my skin however it recently started to flicker. I’m outside of my return window :( not sure what I’ll do now! Would love to give 5 starts but can’t.

I purchased this a few months ago and have enjoyed it quite a bit. However, a couple of weeks ago the cord started shorting out and I was losing colors. The company went above and beyond and sent me a new unit. I am so pleased and would buy from them again!

    • Only usable for 4 months
The product started shorting out after 4 months and power source started over heating soon after after no more than 5 minutes of continous use. Love the idea and I I definitely felt and saw results in those 4 months. It was easy to use and comfortable. I am totally bummed I can't use it anymore.

This is an ok led facemask. There is no coverage for upper lip The reason for return is that the power button no longer works after 2 weeks. UPDATE: Cindy from customer service reached out and replaced the defective item at no charge! Great customer service!

    • Stops working
Like many other reviews state, the mask stops working. It stopped switching to each color and they do not provide exchanges or returns after a short window. It worked for only a few months and now is completely unusable.
