Purchase the green collar. Then later purchased the pink. Our yard has woods on one side and the back and runs pretty far back. The green collar works great. I am able to see where my shepherd is in the dark when I let him out in the evenings. It’s bright, holds the charge and has held up for the 9 months of use so far. I later purchased a pink collar for my other dog but it doesn’t seem to work as well. It needs charging more often than the green collar and it’s not pink- it’s definitely red.     • We feel much safer walking at night

Good brightness, but not too bright for my dog's eyes. She doesn't seem to mind the additional collar when we walk at night, and it makes us feel much safer and more visible. We ordered pink, the light isn't really pink though, it's more red, which is fine for us. Not sure about the blue or green.

I gave this a 4 star rather than a 5 because of the weight of the collar. The latch and the battery area are very thick and heavy. This would be fine for a larger dog, but on a small Chihuahua miix breed, it's very heavy. The light is fantastic and very bright. It is well made and works great. Again, if you have a larger dog say over 20 pounds, this will be fantastic, but way too heavy for a 9 pound Chihuahua terrier mix. I'm not sure if I will send it back or give it as a gift to a larger dog. ... show more

Perfect brightness for taking our dog to the park after dark. Bright enough to see from across our large park but not glaring to ruin my night vision or be annoying (like the blinking light on my dog’s e-collar that is so bright that it’s hard to look at). Several of us at our local dog park got these in the fall in anticipation of the short days of winter coming on. I often walk with my dog off leash on some of trails in the late afternoon. Because the weather tends to be overcast the lighting in the woods is low, I turn the collar on and it really helps me to keep track on my dog. I have the green color which is bright and easy to pick out. At our park only the coolest "kids" have these and when there are several there it looks like a doggy rave!! I don't attach a leash to this but use it as a suppliment for late afternoon\night time walks but it does have a D-ring for the leash and feels more than sturdy enough for my 35lbs dog. The collar is bright, rechargeable and the charge last I think about 7-10 hours. I've not used it continuosly that long but I get about 8 or 10 trips about 45 minutes to an hour and a half from it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ordered: Candy-Pink-Large-Collar. The Collars at first glance are very cute, however they are made cheap. The material choice feels very similar to a thin-mesh-fabric-lunchbox with padding. The Material does make it Water Resistant, NOT water Proof: you can ensure this by making sure the charging port is closed by using the rubber clip seal. In doing so, this collar is Hand wash only in certain areas, not machine washable due to the battery and wiring mechanism. Collar is not as thick as advertised in the pictures. Plastic clips are bendy and not suitable for the long run. The Collar does Not “Glow In the Dark” on its own, must be powered on using switch. When the lights are on the color is not as vibrant as advertised: Pink is Red and gives off an orange hue in person. The Collar does not stay the same size when adjusted; very loose and can easily be removed by your dog when walking. I advise only using this collar alone as a light and use a Separate collar or harness when using a leash. This is not a full time collar, perfect for camping or night time outside events only. PROS: • Simple and Easy to use • Works great for suitable times/events • Affordable • Water Resistant • Lights up - 3 Separate Modes • Use to locate your pet in the dark/afar • Can Somewhat use light for a light source. • Easy to store • Recyclable packaging CONS: • Not a Full time Use Collar • Should be worn with another collar/harness (Safety) • Cheap Material • Plastic is Not durable • Not Water Proof • Does not “Glow In Dark” unless power is on • Collar adjustment does not stay when adjusted • Light color is not as advertised • Light is not as bright as advertised • Not a strong valid light source • Received package in a box three times its size with a ball of packaging paper • Not Machine Washable ... show more

    • Some collars bight, others not.

Collars came charged and ready to use. Found the neon green and pink collars to be bright, but the blue was not as bright. Still, it could be seen in the dark as a locating beacon if the dogs ran off with their leashes.
