I bought a green and a pink collar for my dogs, since I live on a large property away from the road, so my dogs normally go out unleashed. Now I can see them clearly at night, even several hundred feet away. Collars charged up in a short amount of time, they are colorful and bright, and have 3 different light settings (including a slow and a fast blinking). You can easily trim the collar to the correct length with a sturdy pair of scissors. I can’t comment on the durability or battery life yet since I only just got them today. The instructions state to be sure NOT to use a rapid/ high voltage charger, as it can damage the battery, so I used a standard 6V cell phone charging brick and had no issues. My kitty is Zoey & her collar arrived quickly which was great. I cut the clear tubing with a utility kitchen scissors & kept adjusting the size until I could put the collar over Zoey's head. Then, she managed to get it in her mouth & chew on it to try & get it off. Then she stood frozen because with the collar on she couldn't move!!! Lol Quite hilarious actually. So, I cut a little more off & now she can't reach it with her mouth. I wanted this collar as a precaution because she's been darting out the door when I let my dogs out at night. So, she quickly got over being frozen & I just leave it on her. I lite it up, as a just in case before letting dogs out. I live in the country & losing her at night could be deadly. For her size she has a small head & her neck is exactly 7 inches in diameter. The pink is very very bright & you can see it for quite a distance. I've had these collars before, different brand though, for my dogs (they've lasted 4 yrs already) & you can see them for a minimum of 50yds at night, probably more. They're easy to slip on right over their head & this works especially well for a very furry black retriever whose hair hides all other collars. Because it's just put over his head it hangs loosely & is very visible. A regular lighted collar that's tighter around the neck gets buried under all the fur. I love it for this reason & that for my cat Zoey I can make it small enough to actually fit her correctly. The clear tubing is cut at 9 inches & total length with tubing together is 12 inches & this fits her 7 inch neck perfectly without being too tight AND she can't get it off by herself. If she were to get it caught on something it definitely would pull apart. Peace of mind all the way around! Don't know about how well it will charge yet, it comes charged but I'm not concerned & I think it will be fine. ... show more

I have 2 dogs and take them for walks at night during the summer because I live in the desert southwest. I walk my dogs outside of town & let them off the leash to run around. They work great. And last about 5 hours on a charge. The shorter the collar the brighter it is. I have 2 dogs one collar is 16” & the other is 22”. I notice the longer collar dining sooner than the shorter collar. To cut the collar use pruning shears they work better than a knife or scissors. Also you want it to be loose on the dog. They don’t stay if they are to tight. ... show more

This thing is great. Just needed some visibility for our little fella on our early morning walks. It’s very lightweight, just a tube of plastic connecting to the button that lights up. Then the light travels through the plastic giving the illusion that the lights are all through the collar. It comes to you really big but you cut it to fit your puppydog and you’re all set. I used kitchen shears. Mack is 12# so we cut quite a bit off. We walk for 30 minutes every morning and we’ve only had to recharge it once in two months. The second picture was taken near a street light but when it was still fully dark out. Puts out a lot of light! 💙 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love that you can cut it to your dogs neck size. Love how it’s rechargeable and has 3 options for light options:: 1. Solid 2. Blinking 3. Blinking fast.
