Despite almost breaking our contractor, this shower is amazing, looks great, feels great, quality materials, and has a fabulous customer care team ready to help. The diverted handle (bottom) turns toward the hot/cold water indicators to change the temp. My contractor was convinced the water indicators were reveresed and that the top of the “S” was like an arrow and that the top of the “S” served as the temperature indicator. He was wrong lol. Anyway, despite the moaning and groaning about that imagined issue with the diverted plate and the increased install complexity of the plumbing… the shower head works flawlessly. The rain head is amazing, the hand held convenient and powerful, and the customer service was phenomenal. I do not believe they’re working in any US time zones though just so you know… the responses I got from them came around 2:30-3:30 AM EST. They were even willing to make a custom face plate with the indicators relocated if that was what I needed. Thanks for the offer, I got lucky though! Bought this for a recent master bath redo. Winvestment. The finish is classic, but edgy and looks expensive. You can use the overhead or hand wand or both at the same time. Plumber said installation was easy. Looks great. Huge diameter on the showerhead with great coverage of the body. It feels like standing under a rainfall. The shower head also tilts. The hand wand is the perfect length to wash down all the walls and has a strong spray. If it matters to you, please note that you cannot change the spray type on the hand wand, but we don't care about that as it is a feature we seldom used on our last set-up. In fact, we use the hand wand more than the shower head sometimes. Overall worthy investment. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Edit to say, I am changing to 4 stars as I cleaned directly above the rain head, it appears the contractor did not flush the line, because it was full of debris. This obviously slowed the flow quite a bit, since clearing it out, very satisfied with the amount of water and pressure. Still have a few random leaks where the water just pours out. I’m not sure if that’s design issues. If I adjust the rainfall it goes away but it’s just kind of weird that it just pours out sometimes. Otherwise it would be five stars.. Overall I like this shower set up, I am a little disappointed with the pressure of the rain fall. The handheld has a nice amount of pressure however, it seems to have much warmer water when switching over? My concern with the rainfall lack of pressure is, I can tell that water is not even coming out of every hole, I am not sure if there is a clog. I am going to attempt to remove it and clean it and see if there’s any debris in it. I may also try to remove the cartridge, although I’m a little concerned as I’ve done this with other showers and it’s not an easy task and requires a special tool. Contractor who installed kind of turned into a jerk at the end so who knows what he did there’s definitely some shotty work so it wouldn’t surprise me if he didn’t clean the lines? For the price point it’s a decent shower. It feels nice in your hand, and I know the valve was a good quality. I have had a few issues with leaking and I would adjust the buttons a few times turn the water off and on, and it seems to clear itself up. I hope this is not a sign of future failure. ... show more

This shower system works great. I bought two sets. They provide comfortable showering experience. One of them stopped working after about 10 months. But they have a limited lifetime warranty. I contacted the manufacturer. Their support people are in China. I often get emails from them close to midnight here in the west coast. :D They determined that the cartridge needed to be replaced. They shipped a cartridge as well as two check valves and a brass lock nut at my request. I messed up the threads on the original lock nut. I replaced all these parts but found the water couldn't be stopped by the lever. I emailed with the support back and forth trying to troubleshoot. They were finally able to get some parts back in supply on Amazon and sent me another cartridge to try. This time it worked and I got my shower back working well. Great support from Dan. He's great to work with and he has good English skills. Thank you. ... show more

Been using this since Janurary 2023. Was simple to install using PEX. Pressure tested it for 3 days no leaks before sealing up the wall. The white noise created by the waterfall effect of the shower head feels and sounds great as well. Wand feature is handy for cleaning as well. I replaced the included one with a different one which produces twice the pressure and has a hose type feature which is grea tif you need to hose anything off during the winter. This is the additional item i purchased. This is a great product. It even came packaged elegantly in a black box with white gloves. It works great and looks beautiful in my shower. The flow of water is good and everything works as advertised. The rainfall showerhead gives you a very relaxing shower, my kids love it. I installed another one of these in my second restroom and it looks nice. However, I will provide an update that the shower system i installed in the first bathroom works just fine however, one of the push buttons seems to be getting stuck, so might have to reach out to the manufacturer and see what I can do about it. I have now noticed that the buttons in the second shower gets stuck as well. In both showers, the button that is getting stuck is the one for the overhead. Other than this, the system has worked perfectly fine and I’ve had them for two years now ... show more
