I have a large wardrobe closet with no electric sockets and for years just used the light from the bedroom. This changed everything ! Unbelievably bright and the entire closet which is 8 feet long is as bright as can be. It's like a overhead garage shop light in your closet. All with a small stick. Well thought out with the clip that takes one minute to install so when you need to charge you take off , charge and return. Was much more $$ then a few other under counter lights I purchased and now I know why. 2700 lumens is all you need and this could light up pretty much any space you need. This was a great find for us. We bought one and charged it, put it up in the pantry. That was about 2 months ago. It works great automatically turns on and off. We have not had to recharge yet. We then went on to buy another one for a dark hall closet. Again, solved the problem and works great with no recharge needed yet. Proceeded to buy two more for two more closets. (Not sure why our house did not come with any lights for the closets) These have solved that problem. No worries about turning off the light it's all automatic. I love that it’s magnetic and can be stuck anywhere there’s a little metal or the holder it comes with can be stuck on or screwed in if no metal where you need it. The motion sensor works well when angled to the area you want it to pick up. I bought it for inside a dark pantry cabinet and it’s great. There are two observations you should know about though. 1) the switch on the end is a bit fragile. I bought the first one and only had it a few days and the switch from off to night to day/night only worked if I was super careful to find just the right spot, and the switch to “on” didn’t work at all. Shout out to the company as they immediately sent me a replacement and it works perfectly! I have since bought another one. 2) it only stays on about 15 seconds when it stops sensing movement. So if you are staring into the pantry (like I do when I’m indecisive) it keeps turning itself off. It does save battery life that way but… I would like it to stay on a little longer. It is rechargeable and charged up pretty quickly so very easy to maintain. Overall I’m happy with it and will probably but a couple more for places where I’d like better light, like garage, under sink, etc. Would be good in a hallway but not very pretty for that purpose. ... show more

Bought this as just a light to help with a small utility room right above my washing machine. It works nicely as it detects motion and shuts off without any motion I have not had to charge it yet currently it has been in use for about 3 weeks no issues to report. its a nice light.

This is a perfect closet light for those who are renting/otherwise not inclined to put in wired lighting. It's very bright and the length allows it to light up the whole closet well, holds its charge and stays bright for a long time, easily charges using USB-c so don't have to go hunting for the included charger if another is available, and very easy to install (I used the two screws, but also comes with stick on option). I particularly like the magnetic connection to the holder-it's great to be able to just grab the light and shine it around if you want to illuminate the bottom or back corners of the closet when looking for something and stick it back up without a hassle. ... show more

The product looked like a good solution for an entryway closet and it is. Mounted bracket horizontally using screws. Charged and mounted on bracket as magnetic action fairly strong. Light output is bright and rotated so main output pointed somewhat downward. Motion sensor works well. Good purchase.

I love these lights functionality wise. I put them in dark closets and under cabinets. I am a freak about being able to see. I feel like it saves so much time with finding things faster if you simply have light. It also means things aren't forgotten about in the back of dark corners/cabinets. These lights will last a month(for several times a day access closets) up to several months for occasionally used cabinets. Even over sinks in places where they are triggered often, it's usually a few weeks minimum. Recharging them is slow, but I have a couple spares I rotate in. I find them so handy and convenient for my 70's era home, that I have about 18 or so. Sadly, they also have quality issues. The problem is about 1 in 5 of these lights die and will not recharge, usually after a couple recharges. It's like the battery goes bad prematurely or the light itself shorts somehow. This hasn't changed over the couple years I have acquired them. This despite very carefully using the specific USB-A to C cable they provide. It's a major issue I can confirm is still the case today. I have other smaller stick up lights for bathrooms that do not have this issue. I can only imagine its a battery quality issue. ... show more
