The mirror looks really good. The size is perfect for a dual sink. The LED has a daylight white color which is what I needed for my bath. It was easy to setup with the hardwired connection. However, the LED is of really cheap quality. 6 months into the life of the product, the LED has stopped working. I will be working with the seller to resolve the issue and will update back. *** Update *** The sellers were very prompt in addressing the issue and sent me back a replacement right away. We ordered this mirror back in the beginning of June and were extremely happy with the shipping and delivery. The mirror came in well packaged and upon first review everything seemed O.K. and no relevant damages were observed. Unfortunately, we had delays in our bathroom remodel and our contractor just installed the mirror today (end of July). Aside from the fact he needed a magnifying glass to read the print on the direction sheet for the electric connections, the install went rather smooth. Now for the bad part. As you can see in the pictures...the overall mirror looks great (from a distance), BUT when you look closely at the edges there are multiple imperfections throughout the trim work around the lighted area. This is extremely disappointing to us and what's worse is that when I went to my Amazon account to try and message the seller, there's no option for me to do that. SO, here's my review in hopes the seller notices and does something to rectify our situation! ... show more

Update: My original review is below. In it I said we loved the mirror, but that the corner was chipped. Because we ordered it weeks before installing it, I thought we were SOL. But out of the blue, I get an email from Vicky DP Home (Seller), saying that there was a 3-year warranty and could she send me a replacement! In my review, I wasn't angling for anything and honestly, I think Vicky's offer demonstrates excellent customer service. The replacement unit turned up last week and I promptly swapped it out. Can't say enough nice things about DP Home, other than a heart-felt thank you. Good looking product, but the shipping container was questionable and by the time opened it to hang on the wall in our new addition, we noticed a chipped corner. Too late to exchange, so we’ll need to eat it, but beware and check yours when it arrives. ... show more

    • Quality isn't good enough.

The mirror I received was disappointing. First, the packaging was falling apart. Second, three of the four side rails had their glue fail and had broken off. Easy enough to fix though with crazy glue. Third, the mounting brackets had too tight a tolerance, had to bend them a bit to get the mirror to mount. Fourth, when I finally got the mirror mounted. There were chips in the sides, brown blemishes in the surface, dirt in the frosted portions, and bubbles in the glass. However, the electronics work very well. And, from a long distance, it is beautiful. The seller has contacted me to make things right and expressed they were disappointed with my experience. They offered to replace the mirror or refund me entirely. This is a very elegant product. It is quite possible I just received one of those fluke items that didn't go through the full inspection process at the factory. ... show more

After a major bathroom remodel which included replacing a giant wall of mirror... I went searching for something unique. Recently been to a hotel in which they'd had this style of mirror. The dimmer is awesome. I have other lighting if I want the room brighter. The reviews about it not giving off much light are not off base but kind of a personal preference. I love mine. A GIANT bonus is the bluetooth on which I channel my Pandora so I can have a true Spa Like Experience in my now over the top remodeled bathroom. The packaging it was delivered in was very well done wood crafted over styrofoam and heavy duty cardboard. My only problem is how to get rid of that part. Updated my master bathroom....Love the new addition of this great 84" mirror with LED lights and defog feature. HP Home (Seller) is superb and an awesome company that stands 110% behind their products. My first mirror in transit was damaged...was called by transit company (before it arrived to my door). To expedite this process, she automatically declinced the shipment and sent it back to Seller. I immediately reordered the mirror. Seller instantly put 2nd mirror in transit and the packaging was unbelievable...never saw anything like it. This company takes great pride in their merchandise and insures customer service to the utmost.
