Being my fist electric bike I only have the brief so light and comtime I rode my sons upscale model but that being aside it’s a great little bike. We travel in a rv for vacation in the summer and these will be a perfect companion being so light and compact. No they are not travel bikes nor have the range of the bigger models but it is a quality bike and does exactly what’s is supposed to which is shorter trips and puttering around the camp grounds. Assist 4 is about as high as u can pedal which is 16 mph which is good on that size tire and plenty fast for this bike. Assembly is super fast and easy power is great getting up to assist speed and not sure on battery life yet but all in all very satisfied with purchase and price. Now I need to get some carrying racks for groceries and wood. Plus a water bottle holder would have been nice as standard. ... show more

Bike is well built and feels very secure when riding. The hydraulic brakes are great and easy to use. Where is your? Folds up nicely . I am able to store in my car or motorhome. We liked this one so well that we purchased a second. The have been great for day trips when we are camping.

Wow, I am impressed. I am an electric unicycle owner and I owned a Ninja 650 Motorcycle. I sold my Ninja 650 to buy an E-Bike. I was ready to spend $3000 on a good E-Bike. I searched high and low for the pinnacle of bikes in this price range. I can't believe I decided to go with an $950 E-Bike. I landed on this bike for one thing. Weight. This bike weighs 45 lbs. My pedal mountain bike weighs 35 lbs., 45 lbs. is a manageable weight. I can push it up the stairs in my apartment. I can fold it and fit it on the back seat of my 2018 Subaru WRX. 20 mph. is surprisingly fast. I didn't want to wear a helmet while riding this, but it is just too fast. Even for me someone who is familiar with lightly mountain biking. I love that I don't need a license to ride this. I love that it requires nearly zero maintenance compared to a motorcycle. I love that it is quite. It goes about 10 miles in 38 Minutes with my 240 lbs. on it. I ride it with the throttle pinned. I pedal sometimes for extra speed and fun. This is better than my motorcycle and safer than my electric unicycle. I love that I can take it with me in the safety of my car. I might consider getting a second battery. But to be honest I am usually pretty tired after the battery runs out. I can't really imagine going for a second run. The breaks work well enough to lock up the wheels. This bike checked all my boxes and I had a lot of boxes to check. Heck I wasn't even considering folding bikes and now I am glad I did. I also think this bike is very stylish, which is important to me. I am a designer and I want to look cool. So many E-Bikes look like they are straight out of a Dr. Seuss book. I upgraded my bikes handlebars with the FX BMX Bundle from DavidBrandNew. It looks so sweet now. The first picture shows the amazing transformation. ... show more

One of the greatest purchases on Amazon ever . It actually is so nice I did it twice. Lectric xp bikes are awesome and well worth the money. The shipping was fast fast fast. And the packaging was to good to be true. I put this thing together in a matter of minutes. The ired were already pumped a little. I went to the air pump the same hour. My only drawback was no contact info if something like the screen breaks. It did. But , otherwise this bike is amazing. ... show more

I love the XP Lite. I first purchased the bike in color blue to see if I would like the bike. It did not take long for me to find out I like it. It is very solidly built, has good brakes and even though this bike does not have a suspension it has a very good ride. In my opinion this is well suited as a commuter bike for pavement and lite off roading journeys. I personally would not be climbing a mountain or very rough terrain with this bike. I purchased the comfort seat which is larger than the standard seat and has a suspension post. It makes the bike ride softer. This is a single speed bike (no gears) and I am just fine with that. The bike has 5 levels of pedal assist and it also has a variable speed throttle. I find the top speed of 20 miles per hour to be more than adequate for me. This bike has some get up and go to it. It is very easy to charge. There are many accessories you can get from the company. After experiencing this bike I later bought a 2nd XP Lite in the Sandstone color. For running errands around town or just having fun, this bike gets the job done and it's lighter weight and folding capability makes this the perfect bike for me. It can go off road like on bike paths and sandy areas but again, if you are going in really rough and/or steep areas you probably would be happier with a more powerful bike with even wider tires. ... show more

Nice to ride down those long lonely bike paths off grid. Easy to put together and rolls along pretty smoothly. I also took white nail polish and colored in the symbols on the control board for easier identification (see photos). Also changed up the seat and put a storage bag on it. Good customer service as well. Called them with a couple questions and someone answered the phone right away. Love this bike. I’m 5’11 @ 200 lbs and it carries me quite well. ... show more
