Delivery : Five stars - it came one day earlier than original schedule. Assembly : Five stars - easy, no defect parts. Color : light gray color is not gray-tone. It has some hint of light mint mix so I recommend getting regular gray if anyone prefers dark/bold tone. (I don’t like the color.) In my opinion, many five-stars review represent appearance and good medium cushioning factors Aside from that, I rate one star. It is very “light” (I weigh 125 lb.) So anyone who is big/heavy in stature concerned about sturdiness and safe-use, I do not recommend. I would compare the item weight and go for the heavier one. It will definitely cost more, and I plan to do that for next purchase. Also, I bought two of these, and both make squeaky sounds and wobbles left and right. I was 50/50 and decided to keep. Since I am small in stature I am hoping it can endure light-use without breaking. I am not sure how this product faired when it first came out, but I think quality standard went down. These are gorgeous and easy to assemble. The seat is a little small - perfect for us but might be too small for larger people. The base is sturdy and the chair is comfortable. They arrived quickly. I would recommend these

I purchased a pair of these and was over all satisfied for the price. I purchased another pair as a gift. This set of chairs must have passed by the QC inspection. One chair had several wrinkles and a minute "burn"? mark in the seat. Unfortunately, had to return and reorder.
