Quality that you expect from Le Creuset. I expect it will last much longer than I will. Despite its "prettiness," you do need to remember that it is cast iron and clean it accordingly. Therefore, before using it, I did go ahead and treat it with a little oil which made clean up easy. For really stuck on food, I simply add some water and bring it to a boil for a few minutes, and any cooked on residue easily comes up (kind of like deglazing). I always end the cleaning with a minuscule coating of oil. ... show more
