Nice for a few months, but there is no perimeter edge support and the zippered enclosure for the mattress's internal foam sheets and innerspring is both larger than needed and "stretchy", so the mattress deforms over time; fitted sheets no longer fit. It is obvious from the pictures that the innerspring is manufactured about 8-10 inches smaller in size than the foam sheets, so in the pictures you can see where the foam sheets extend beyond the innerspring. The "dream team" warranty department is rejecting my claim because now they want pictures of the foundation (which under current website legalize probably has to be from Layla Sleep, not a competitor). See Better Business Bureau similar complaints. Short life product with no real warranty. ... show more

First day I noticed it sloped down where I lay my head so I then put it the other way so the slope would be where the feet area are. I though it just needed time. Not happy I paid $1,400 you can see.in photos how even my cell.phone slants downwards lol

This mattress was great for the first 2 yrs. But over the past few months, I've had horrific hip pain upon waking up in the middle of the night or morning -- so much so that I can't even move around or off the mattress without using my elbows or clenched fists. We are a couple with weights of 185/135, and this mattress sags in the middle after only three years of use. I have to rotate it every few days, and only lying on the edge gives me comfort from my back pain. They have a 10 year warranty, but they denied my warranty because pictures have to show sagging of 1 inch with NOTHING on the mattress. ... show more
