The media could not be loaded. First off it was user error. I could not assembly it because I was not understanding that those Velcro strips were actually where the rods go, but I figured it out. I placed a little video just in case anyone else has the same issue as me. So far It seems like it is sturdy. I have hardwood floors so it rolls pretty good. The hamper was able to hold my towels in place, the bags are easy to clip on and they are easy to takeoff, and lift the bags so you can just dump it into the washing machine. It does have the three compartments which is great if you want to sort clothes, but I got this specifically for bath Washcloths and towels. I like the bamboo top. The lid closes. This product is extremely cheaply made, and un sturdy. Once any type of weight from laundry is added to the basket, the board at the bottom bins in the wheels, turn towards themselves and stop working in the bottom of the grind against the floor. Defeats the purpose of having wheels. I’ve only had the item and they’re already squeaking and I practically have to lift it up anyway since the wheels are so cheap. I didn’t expect it to feel so flimsy. I like that it’s on wheels. That’s probably my favorite part. But I don’t expect it to last long. It’s small but tall and fits well in my daughters dorm closet.

I love this product. It was easy to put together once the first piece was in. And the only issue is the wheel will come off if you push this around too roughly. Other than that it’s a great product & I ended up with 3 all together. One for each bedroom & an extra for the laundry room
