Finding these shoes was a home run for me. I am a handyman-contractor that works in and out of homes, climbs ladders, and does demolition and renovation. I need protection from screws, nails, etc and I want a shoe that fits well, is light, and can be worn all day with out fatigue. Like the fact of protected insole and safety toe ,nice styling. Fitment Is awesome. A little hot in Florida, however the safety overrules.

Working security in an industrial setting. The toe is sturdy, offers good protection. After a month of wear, nothing is falling apart. The laces are a little too long, and there is no arch support; buy insoles if you plan on standing for an extended period!

Heck of alot better then boots! My work place requires steel toed boots or steel toed shoes. At first I decided to go with boots, big mistake!! Boots 1. Gives awful blisters that hurt bad! 2. Causes rug burn like blisters on ankle. 3. Heavy on feet when needing to walk alot. Just all around comfort issues! Now on to these shoes 1. Lightweight and comfortable 2. Steel toed 3. Doesn't cause unwanted blisters on toes or rug burns on back of your ankle! 4. Need to do alot of walking? No problem with these steel toed shoes. Good boots true to size. I would recommend a thicker more comfortable shoe pad though. Also a bit uncomfortable above the ankles by the leg area so maybe a double high sock to solve that problem. This may be because the boots are not broken in yet. I recommend these boots definitely.
