I ordered this product because of its style, color, flexibility with arranging pieces and affordability. When the set was delivered, only two boxes came in. I contacted the seller and they corrected the problem immediately and had the rest of the pieces delivered the next day and provided tracking numbers then followed up. The 7 piece set was very easy to assemble. I used an electric screwdriver to speed up the process. After I was done, I decided to get the matching egg chair! The set is high quality, durable, comfortable and versatile. I have rearranged the set three times so the picture shows that I settled in on a sectional with a side chair and added the egg chair surrounding the fireplace. I love to read so I have claimed the cozy corner of the sectional for my reading pleasure. To protect my investment, I purchased the high quality large furniture cover. Love this furniture. Very comfortable. Did take me a couple of days to assemble everything by myself, but was fairly easy after the first piece. I did order the blue cushions, which I did receive separately. I did not put them on because the material is really rough and feels icky against skin. The gray is softer and looked good by itself. This is a beautiful patio furniture set! It is well made, durable, and comfortable. The cushions are waterproof. There is also another set of covers that comes with it. It is easy enough for one person to assemble. The fire table gives off a good amount of heat. This company has great customer service! A piece of one of the chairs was not lining up correctly, so I reached out to the company. They sent a replacement part which arrived within a few days. The media could not be loaded. This is our first outdoor furniture set. We ordered the 7 piece sectional with the fire table. The quality seems to be very good, cushions are comfortable and very sturdy wicker set. It fits perfect on our deck. It did take quite long to put together, about 5 hours to complete the whole set. Delivery of the furniture came in one week however the fire table took another week due to some logistic issues. Customer service from the seller was exceptional, and they were able to ship it out the next week. They did provide a courtesy free of charge furniture rain cover for our inconvenience. We were finally able to set up the fire table and complete our set . Overall, the set is very beautiful and great value for the money. We are very happy with our purchase. We love our outdoor furniture set. I especially was looking for a set with higher back cushions for comfort and this set does exactly that.. it’s very comfortable, It’s sturdy. It’s beautiful. Two things that I would change is the cushions slide off of the Rattan very easily, and I wish they had tiebacks on the back cushions that kept them in place on the Rattan. ***This is not a promotional review and I normally do not write reviews. HOWEVER, I definitely felt compelled to write a review for my new patio furniture set.*** I have had other outdoor furniture from other companies throughout the years, though this is the first time I purchased a set on Amazon. I was extremely skeptical looking for an outdoor set on here and this process literally took me hours of researching, but thanks to other reviews and their photos of their furniture it made my decision solid with choosing this set. Delivery Process: There was one hiccup which was on Amazon’s end due to them having my order marked in their system as delivered after only delivering 5 out of a 9 piece set. I went through Amazon's website to report missing items etc… However, in the packages with the assembly instructions the company has their contact information which I also reached out to them via email and explained my concerns. This was on a Sunday afternoon and I received a response from an awesome individual named ARIEL in their customer service department on Sunday night! She had all of my tracking numbers for each box shipped and provided me the dates on when the carrier would be dropping off the remainder of the packages. I definitely did not expect to receive a response to my concern by Nicesoul especially on a Sunday evening. That speaks volumes on their customer service. She apologized although there was no need to on her end as it was not their fault as to why Amazon marked their delivery status as complete. Not only did Ariel assist with my concerns she went above and beyond and followed-up with me once all of my packages were received. Assembly Process: The assembly was legit easy! Hands down!! It looks a bit overwhelming as soon as you open the first package for a chair as you will see a bunch of screws in 1 bag, however I honestly didn’t really need directions once I got the first 4 screws in and attached only 2 sides together. Once I assembled the first chair it was mad quick for the remainder of the chairs and tables. All of the hardware was there. They gave extra pieces of the material in case of wear and tear down the line. The fire pit literally took me less than 30 min to put together. Although, it is recommended to have 2 people assemble everything I was able to accomplish it all on my own. Yes, I am a woman and yes I do things like this all the time alone. Lol Honestly, though I genuinely think anyone can assemble on their own if they truly feel like it. I just mentioned that in case someone felt it was absolutely necessary to hire or need people for assembly purposes. Quality: The material and bases are solid and very sturdy. The furniture is heavy. The cushions are very comfortable. I have gotten endless compliments from whomever see’s my furniture via in person and pictures. My son and I were able to light the fire pit and watch a movie with no issues. The heat settings depends on your preference, but you can feel it. Outside that night was a bit chilly and we had 1 blanket and the fire pit on and my 7 yr old son (who hates being cold) fell asleep on the couch outside and when I woke him up he didn’t remember he was outside so I guess thats more kudos since he couldn't even tell if he was in the bed or not. LOL!!! It has already been through rain and blessed with lovely annoying pollen and it was nothing to wipe it down quick and sit and enjoy. Also, the fire pit DOES come with a cover!!!!! Overall Review: Apologies for the length, but I want to be able to assist with anyone else who is like me and researches for hours on end before they make a big purchase like this and let them know that they wouldn't be disappointed at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE MY PATIO FURNITURE!!!!!!!! Hands down I will be purchasing more furniture from Nicesoul!!!! Shoot out to Ariel!!! LOL ... show more
