Items came in two big boxes. They were easy to put together. Purchased for my elderly disabled dad who is a big buy at 6'. Fits him very comfortably. He enjoys the help getting up and the full recline. The heating and massage are a nice feature but moderate in strength. No heat no massage it’s like a toy not worth over $600,00 more like a couple hundred dollars easy to assemble but cheap Chinese products the massage is a joke and the heat is even funnier. If you lay flat you will fall backwards which I did and hurt my head . I am 6 feet 225 pounds bad knees and hips will need surgery soon , I am keeping because it’s a pain in the ass to return where and who ? It does lift me up no problem the German machine is the only good thing on this pice of crap ,, remember heat and massage is non existent. Do not sleep on it because you will end up on the floor like I did . I bought this chair to replace the one I had for years and wasn’t sure how I was going to like it. After receiving it, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to assemble. It is wide, comfy and sleeps well especially since it serves as my bed. I have back issues and rarely sleep in the bed and this chair is now my new best sleeping buddy. I love it! ... show more

My dad (now deceased) had one of these chairs that my mom still used. It was over 20 years old, and as I suspected, it no longer was dependable. After fracturing my knee in a scooter accident and my experience in the hospital, I knew I would need this tool. Despite my foresight, I was left using the old chair for a few days. It would quit working whenever it felt, and I couldn't wait for the new one to arrive. It works!! It lifts me up enough that transfer to/from my walker is easy. The control is fine enough that I can find the preferred angle for my non-bending leg with minimal pain and total support. The massage/heating functions are a nice addition, but more painful to me now (in my current medical state). The chair is solid enough that I can grab different parts to change my position. I'm 5'11 250lbs. Assembly instructions aren't super clear, but they're adequate. There's ample space to connect wires after pieces are assembled. Trying to connect wires before attaching pieces was infuriating; don't bother. It is a little heavy and awkward to assemble, but you should expect that. Two outlets are required to power the chair. One for lift motor; one for the massage/heater. The lift motor controller has a normal usb and usb-c charging port for your phone or other device (love that!!!) I kind of wish there was a cooling feature, but at this point, I feel like that's the equivalent of wishing for a happy ending feature. ... show more

Most comfortable chair for someone who is large and needs assist for lifting. The overall massage controls help with the back pain and find myself falling asleep in a comfortable way. Thank you.

Mom ordered this to replace an old broken down recliner and she loves it! She typically sleeps in it, so we are glad it reclines so far back. There’s plenty of room and it’s great that it comes with a remote. The material seems easy to clean too. Great find!

Sturdy and comfortable. Received at lightening speed. Chair arrived, FedEx was a tremendous help. I fell flat on my face sustaining injury.my husband and the paramedic put it together and gave it a test run. Having this chair saved me a trip to the hospital.
