The media could not be loaded. I broke my laptop on my last trip, and therefore, I went looking for one with power and speed and an affordable price too. I found this one with very good specs, a great design, and a good price, and I had to get one to try. I was not disappointed that this one has worked out great. First off, very easy to set up. I like how when first powering on, it went through the settings, found the WIFI, and then upgraded the OS. Once that was done, it was ready to go. Following that, I liked how my apps loaded perfectly, and wow, the picture and audio of my Netflix movies were so much better than my last one, where I could hardly hear it, and now, this one, the loudness is so much better and clearer, and even more than the separation of the left/right channels is nice too. Secondly, it works great. I like that it is fast, brings up web pages instantly, games are smooth and no jitter, and my video has no lag at all too. I also like the fast internet, where my Skype calls work great too. I also like the keyboard where all of the functions are on the main keys and not these smaller buttons around the outside of the case, and the power button, specifically, is a main key on the upper right part of the keyboard. Lastly, the battery lasts. My old laptop would only run a couple of days, and this one has gone all week for me, and I really like the battery, specifically when it comes to any type of portable technology.     • This would be the ideal laptop but......
I bought this to work at my Ebay store when away from my desk. It is fast, it responds accordingly. But the battery does not last but an hour or 2. I feel like I am always racing against a time clock to get as much work finished before the battery dies. I give this laptop 4 stars only because of the battery life. I guess you get what you pay for. Unfortunately it stopped working after the return date. And it’s rarely used. Probably used it less than five times.

The media could not be loaded. We have a large family & needed laptops for school. We have some very old ones that needed to be replaced, so I decided to try this one due to the nice size SSD, size, & price. Set up was SO easy! Once I got it up & running, I installed antivirus to be extra secure. It is FAST! My wifi was not cooperating during the initial set up, so I skipped that part & as soon as the computer loaded up I was able to connect to wifi to finish the whole set up, update the apps & drivers, etc. The webcam works great for virtual visits. No lag. The battery lasts about 5-6 hours when we use it without being plugged in, though we do tend to leave it plugged in to preserve the battery for when we really need to use it without being plugged in. The laptop has several ports, which gives plenty of options for a hub if someone wants to add one. I use one if I have a lot of things running at once & have the ports all in use, but need more of them. This laptop actually has more ports than our other more recently purchased laptop (& almost double the price). With the many port options I can use a CD drive, headset, mic, keyboard, mouse, speakers, etc all at the same time. It makes it really handy when editing videos or multitasking. We use it for email, browsing the net, watching YouTube videos for school, watching movies for school, etc. It works very well & is every bit as quick as our other newer laptops (2-5 years old). We are working on a YouTube channel, so we are using this to get started with video editing, etc. as well for our YT channel. I am VERY pleased with this laptop & would love to purchase more of them when we are able to. I WOULD purchase it again! ... show more

Purchased this laptop on prime day. Computer had over 1000 reviews and the original cost was listed as over $1000 and prime day special was $349. Now the original price is listed as $349 and it is on sale for $319 and there are only 29 reviews.
