It is an amazing bag and I can fit so much inside it. Even my laptop. I really like it. I gave it 4 stars because when I went to remove the plastic from the handle, the seam came out of the part that holds one of the sides of the handle. I purchased this as a work bag because of the high reviews and recommendation, and the bag definitely lived up to expectations. For the price point, it is a great work bag that has a lot of compartment and space, allowing me to store everything I need in an organized and neat manner. The bag itself is also made from a high quality material on the outside, making it rain proof and easily wipeable if anything was to spill on it. The handles are sturdy and the shape of the bag has remained intact. I do see the little dent on the side of the bag where people mentioned it was going to lose its shape after a while, but this doesn’t affect any function of the bag so I don’t really mind it at all. The only slight negative of this bag is that it is a little heavier, but I think that’s a result of the high quality material used to make the bag. ... show more

For the price, it's pretty cute and will probably last about a year. However, there is MOLD growing on the strap (I don't even want to touch it) and three dents in the faux leather that have not smoothed out after a week. It smelled kinda gross upon opening but that has worn off finally. I was hoping to order a replacement (without the mold please) but Amazon says I have to return the original and purchase it again. And guess what? It's not on sale now.... so I'm just going to return it and take my chances on another bag. ... show more
