Beautiful laptop! I absolutely loved it, but not even 3 months after I purchased it half the keys have stopped working. I contacted support and all they sent me was a video on how to turn the numeric pad and the touch pad off with the function keys! I have to work from home recently and my old surface computer was too slow as a daily basis. I have used their mini PC long time ago and gift it to my dad. Considering their good reputation, this time I chose this brand and hope to get a stable performanced PC for my office and travel use. Although slightly costly, it is great for my work use with the full compatibility with multiple monitors, Bluetooth compatibility with the airpod (just bought another one for my family). My old surface doesn't work with the airpods. This is important if you have to use PC to make business call. It has been almost 3 weeks, I took it with my last business trip, lightweight and convenient. This is a nice laptop overall. Only issues are with the battery (only lasts unplugged for about 45 minutes), and there is a connection issue (i have to restart for my wifi to connect). Other than that, no problems so far.

It’s alright, it does what I need it to do. I’m a mechanic so I’ll end up trashing this anyway. There’s a slight high pitched ringing noise when charging the battery. The key pads don’t light up which is a bummer. The graphics on the computer are okayyy, i would NOT USE THIS FOR GAMING.

I've had this laptop for 5 weeks. It stopped connecting to the internet and can't even detect the WiFi. It's completely useless now. This company only has a 30 DAY return period!!!! Be forewarned!

This is a slim and compact laptop. The bezels on these are narrow, this laptop is similar in size to my 13 inch laptop but packs a 15 inch screen. This is good for everyday use but has some drawbacks. It still uses wifi-4 when we are at wifi-6.
