Looks like this umbrella is made to last. The fabric is thick and sturdy. It is a little heavier than a regular umbrella, but I take it as a sign of heavy duty. Easy to open and close. I had no chance to use it in the rain yet, but I am looking forward to it.

I didn't think the "you get what you pay for" adage would apply here since it cost me $15 for this umbrella but I was wrong. The quality of the umbrella was more plastic than fabric but the underside is as pretty as the picture shows. I thought I could get over the plastic cover and still enjoy use it but alas, it decided to spring one of its spines the second time I used it. And it wasn't windy. ... show more
