The trampoline itself it great! Safe for a toddler to play on without worry. The basketball net and hoop are quite cheap, the hoop came off almost instantly, so we just uninstalled it. If you take the hoop off, make sure to take the pole off too as it’s a big safety concern for a little one!

    • Easy to put together. Hours of bouncing fun!

This trampoline is the real deal. It’s a cinch to put together (though you may need a minute to orient yourself as you look at the pictures in the directions!) but it really was not hard. The safety features are great. There is no way for your child to come into contact with the springs. My husband and I own a pediatric OT/PT/SLP therapy practice. We know trampolines well. So I was very picky about which indoor tramp I purchased. I wanted to get something for my 3 year old to use to really get some energy out. The mini tramps would be useless for this purpose bc he can’t really jump in one small deliberate space. He needed room to jump and fall and crash and spread out. This trampoline is PERFECT for that purpose. He has plenty of room to spread out and really use that boisterous well of toddler energy. We have a fairly large basement but the trampoline didn’t really take up so much space that it made the rest of the room unusable. I am almost 5ft 5 inches. I weigh 110 pounds. I bounced with my son on the trampoline and it felt extremely able to handle my weight. It has great rebound just like a full size trampoline. (My husband at 6ft1 and 195 pounds did NOT want to even chance standing on it) So I’d say it’s good for kids ages 2-12ish. The price was extremely reasonable. The quality is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an indoor (or even outdoor) trampoline for their little ones! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My boys are 5 and 2 and they love to climb and jump on everything; so I decided to buy them a trampoline. It's everything I needed it to be and more, because even my husband and I are able to join in the fun with the basketball hoop and dart game. The only thing we're missing is a mat or something to keep it from moving when they're both jumping, but other than that this is fun and was super easy to put together. There are plenty of videos on YouTube on how to put this particular tramp together. It can get tricky with the net but it isn't impossible. I absolutely love it and recommend this one, because I bought another brand on Amazon that was not easy to put together and did not have any reference videos. Just got it today, putting it together was pretty straight forward. My kids love it and they can all jump on it safely which I love. Seems very sturdy and comfortable. We’ll see how it holds up but so far it’s great!

The trampoline was missing one spring. I chatted with an Amazon rep who told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer wrote that they do not provide customer service for Amazon products. The next Amazon customer service agent wrote that I needed to have reported this within 30 days. It was a gift that I purchased early. I wasted my money on an Asurion product plan and am deeply disappointed that Amazon would not stand by a faulty product. Asurion wrote that they are not responsible.
