The Top & Bottom layers of the blanket are made from 100% Pure Rayon derived from Eucalyptus (for Durability, Breathability & Rapid Heat+Moisture abosrption) and the middle layer is that of cotton (for a soft, velvetty feel along with the required sturdiness), combining perfectly to make the ideal blanket for any season. I have tried SEVERAL kinds of "cooling sheets" of bamboo, rayon, cotton and other fabrics, as well as "cooling blankets", including gauze muslin. This linen, 3 layer blanket is the ONLY ONE that ACTUALLY kept me cool without overheating while sleeping. Even single layer cooling top sheets did not work as well as this! I highly recommend it if you overheat while sleeping. I am going to follow the washing instructions for washig on gentle and drying low heat to preserve it since it is so lightweight, but yet it does seem durable. Highly recommend it!! ... show more

Was excited to get this blanket as it states it is tencel and a light weight blanket that looked as if it would function as a light comforter option. Washed it once on delicate and cold water. It has several places that looks as if some kind of adhesive was on it? I was packaged in a plastic bag and I checked for tags before washing, but almost looks like sticker adhesive, but it's in several places all over the blanket and several edges have the threads coming out after one wash. This also has batting inside that is not stitched down, so after one wash that has completely come loose from the stiched edge and is balling up inside. This blanket is a complete waste of money, and I couldn't find any way to contact customer support to return. ... show more

I took these pics right after opening the cool bag the blanket came in, I was about to wash it and noticed the strings, so sad. The material is awesome to touch and probably sleeps well but I'm not holding my breath on how long it will last, was hoping to get another one in green but the stitching is so poor I'll look elsewhere. ... show more
