For what it’s worth, it’s not a bad product. Low raters just don’t know the reality of how expensive new furniture is- you get what you give. It serves as a good starter table for someone in their 20s. Very easy to assemble. Stable for what the material is. Only initial complaint was that the edges on the stool seats were too sharp and could easily snag clothing or break skin. Smoothed the edges out with a sander and fixed that issue.     • Uncomfortable and small stools
We were fairly disappointed with this table. Aesthetically it looked fine, but it came with a chip in the top of the table and the stools were very uncomfortable. The corners of the seats are very sharp and even an average sized person cannot sit comfortably on them. We would have returned this table, but it was expensive to ship and then they wanted $50 to return it, so it wasn’t worth it to return. ... show more

Looks are deceiving. Although the set is attractive to the eye that is where the pluses end. Extremely uncomfortable. The hard square edges of the stool digs into your thighs and butt. It is also extremely unstable. Would NOT recommend.

This table once assembled looks/feels very nice. The instructions for assembly are very basic. Some parts are a very tight fit. One mistake I did make during assembly was turning the table legs the improper way so that by the time I went to put the tabletop on, the holes did not line up. It took me a few minutes to figure out what happened as the instructions didn’t specify which side the legs needed to face.
