The media could not be loaded. So this is a beautiful way to enjoy incense in an elegant way. The smoke is a beautiful cool gray color and moves in calming rhythm out of the openings. It is weighty, so not cheap and easy to break. The top is more of a brass color than silver. The smell of the incense cone was enchanting. I love that there is a fire cloth and you place the incense on top of metal disk or gold tower, safety first. Over all I was so excited by it I bought another for a friend! One thing to remember is it will get hot as it burns so be careful lifting it if it's been burning for a while. It took about 1 hour for a cone to burn to the end with my ac running , I think that speeded things up some ... show more

I eat plenty of natto and the smell of this let's me know that it's completely unsafe. I am so disappointed this cld be an ER visit if I didn't know any better. Really love and enjoy this product and it is a great product for the cost. Doesn't get to hot when used correctly with what comes with it. Very appealing to look at and watch. Made a great addition to my altar table and to carry around the house while smoke cleansing. Burns all forms of incense very well the holes inf the lid allows for smoke and fragrance to disperse well. I will be buying another in a different color in the future. Very happy 😊 ... show more

Beautiful product and good quality however, my package did not come with the coil incense. It’s not that big of a deal but seeing as it was part of the product, it should’ve came with some. Little disappointed.

The burner is nice but the incense that comes with it is garbage (doesn't stay lit). Not really sure why you would need insulation but the insulation is garbage too (made of felt). What they call insulation is a thin wafer of felt (Wafer of felt with reflective material glued to one side). I think the purpose of the insulation wafer is to put under the burner with the foil side up and felt side down on your table. The bottom of the burner, with cone incense burning, barely gets warm because I put a piece of tin foil in the bottom. I highly doubt it would burn or discolor a table top even if it was a wood table. The burner has little tits on the bottom so it sits off of the table top. ... show more
