First, gorgeous packaging. Second, nearly every day's treat included two pieces of licorice, so easy to share. Fortunately, I bought it for my husband and he was happy to share! Third, and probably most important, the licorice is delicious! Most are covered with chocolate or other candy coating, but the coating complements the licorice and never overpowers it. This licorice is amazing. Each day has two pieces so great to share with someone. Awesome for licorice lovers. Licorice is mild for black licorice and the chocolate flavor coatings are unusual and tasty, like passion fruit and strawberry cream.

I love licorice and this was an interesting advent calendar. Perfect 2 piece package, variety of flavors, nothing I did not like.
