I was so excited that I could buy progressive lens cheaters that worked nearly as well as my prescription glasses at a far lesser price enabling me to have many different styles to match different outfits.     • Maybe fine, but I'm noticing distortions when I turn my head

It must be noted up front that I could not tolerate prescription progressives and instead have single-vision reading glasses (in near and far strengths). What I don't like about these glasses might be exactly the same thing: When I turn my head, angles move around. I hate it. But I think this is exactly what I hated about the prescription progressives I tried. I got these because as my eyes get older, I'm having a harder time doing something like working on the computer (close) while watching TV (far). I think they might be perfect for that, when I'm not moving around and just sitting on the couch. I also think that our brains are really good at getting used to things like the angles I'm complaining about, and that I will get used to these. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to avoid prescription progressives for too much longer, so maybe these will help me get used to the idea. On the plus side: 1. I got these in part because they have an adjustable nose piece. I seem to have a wider bridge than "standard", and glasses often pinch me there. So yay for that. 2. Also, these have spring hinge temples, which help with comfort and I suspect durability 3. I have a very large head, and suspected that these would be too narrow for me, but they actually look great on. If you have a small head be warned that they might look quite oversized 4. This is also a great value, of course, for three pairs. 5. I do like the cat-eye aesthetics of these. I know there are recent studies that question the utility of blue-light-reduction glasses for "most people", but I definitely find that I benefit from it, so it's a good thing for me. ... show more

    • These Glasses Gave Me A Headache
I liked the style and shape of these glasses. They were made well and fit my face good. This was a great value for the price however after about 10 minutes these glasses gave me a headache so I had to stop wearing them. It was hard for me to see out of them to read up close. I could see far away just fine and in the middle but using them to try and read was causing the headaches. I had to strain my eyes and look down to try and read out of the reading part of the glasses. If I could have been able to see to read these glasses would have been great. ... show more

These are blurry for me, so perhaps the 3 is too strong. They are lovely in style and fit, but I cannot wear these or read anything at all clearly. I tried different distances and different areas on the glass, and nothing works. I don’t know if a lesser strength would work, but I generally can wear a 2.5 or 3. Too bad, and I cannot recommend due to the issues I have with them on the strength. ... show more

    • Just OK - Works Well, Looks Weird
Usually I don't like bi or tri-focals because the lens is just too small to make it all work. That's the exact problem with these, the lens is too big and gives the glasses a very funky style. If you don't mind the style, the tri-focal lenses do work well.

This is truly an incredible deal on three pairs of high fashion, progressive readers. These eyeglasses are more than a set of reading glasses. They are "Progressive" lenses, which means that they have three focus zones, rather than just one. The lower third would be for reading, while the middle third would be for working on a computer, laptop, etc. The top third is for distance, and has no prescription, at all. Set in these high fashion, modified cateye frames, these would cost hundreds of dollars each if you ordered them at a local optical boutique. But here you can take advantage of a super deal online. Three of these for a super low price. Amazing. The glasses are wire framed, in gold. They have plastic accent on the front of the frame... very attractive. The three pairs have different accent colors: Black, brown and red. There is a matching plastic piece on the end of the temples, where they curve over the ears. The bridge is wide, so these will definitely accommodate a wide variety of faces, and sizes. The nose pads are floating, and adjustable. The pads themselves are made of soft silicone rubber. The temples are spring loaded, which will add to the lifespan and the durability of the frames. Comes with a single microfiber cleaning cloth, and a single microfiber soft case, with drawstring closure. These are really good looking frames, and very stylish. I found these multi focus glasses extremely cute, lightweight and very comfortable to wear. I love the fact that just one pair of glasses, can do everything/function for all I need. It’s nice, not to have to have several different types of glasses lying around, and having to switch around to various glasses depending on what I am currently doing. I love the cat eye frames too! Very cute and trendy. I also like that this set came with 3 pairs of glasses, they are all the same , featuring multifocus.
