I don’t understand all the negative comments. The metal was thicker than I expected. The holes aligned perfectly to the locking mechanism. Assembly was easy. The base legs were wide enough that my 16 year old daughter can play her electric piano half dancing and the piano doesn’t move. Make note it’s a $300 piano so I would have accepted nothing less than sturdy. Worth the money. I recommend. Just FYI I bought the “X” version. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Works well with my large keyboard. It id good for adjusting the size and the chair is perfect height. The kids love to play the piano now it was a much needed addition.

Perfect for home use. Priced appropriately for what it is. I don't believe I would call it Heavy-Duty though. Medium duty for sure. If you're a gigging musician get something of a heavier gauge with welded, instead of bolted joints. Do yourself a solid and put some thread lock on the bolts before putting it together, and don't over torque them. If you have an E-Key that needs a home besides just your laundry basket while you sit on the edge of the bed, or you have a home studio, then this is your stuff. I got these separate so I had time to work with the keyboard stand first. The assembly was kinda tricky. But once you got it, man what a value for the money. The stand is strong and sturdy, the seat as well. Recommended
