I love the beautiful design. The assemble of parts is not easy at the first use. The cleaning is not easy which take time to scrub the strainer. When I found out the smoothies strainer was not included I was a little disappointed. Overall I am happy with the machine operation.

This could be a good juicer, but it does have a really bad drawback which is why I gave it only three stars. While the juicer is awesome for being able to put whole apples, lemons, and large chunks or fruits and vegetables, it dont expel the pulp through a large enough hole or spout. The expeling pulp gets jammed up very easily and has to be stopped and pulled out of the exit hole, so it totally defeats the purpose of allowing large vegetables and fruits to be inserted ..I still end up cutting things into small pieces and juicing very slowly...just disappointed.. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Getting used to a slow juicer takes a little adjustment, but the juiced final product tastes so much better than the centrifugal version and knowing that it has more health benefits retained helps a lot. I bought a refurb'd model that came with everything and cut the price significantly. You can put whole items into the juicer just for the fun of it (apple (without stem), small oranges, celery, carrots, etc.) but if you want proper juice yield follow the instructions and cut them up accordingly. I usually make one cut get the juicer going and cut everything else as the juicer runs. I've had the juicer for 7 months and have not had to use the reverse button (tried it out, it's cool, but if everything is cut you don't need it). I have not used the juicer to its full capacity although it's nice to know it can do other things like make smoothies, sorbets, nut milks, and everything else. I got it to incorporate more vegetables into my lifestyle and it serves this purpose exceptionally well. Assembly/Disassembly: Fast. Built-in safety feature that it does not turn on without everything in place. Sound: Pretty low, esp. compared to centrifugal (regular fast juicer). I was on the phone and other person did not hear it. Cleanup: At first it seemed quick, but now I see it does take longer than I would like. I usually don't use the green brush (takes longer) and am quick to get the long bristle brush to clean the big container. Every few uses I take a toothbrush (for this purpose only) and get into the grooves of all the pieces. I attached a few video/ pictures because that always helps me when I'm considering items to purchase. I made more vids but it only let's me upload one - sorry guys. Great juicer. Extremely easy to clean, the juicer makes a lot more juice than the centrifugal units. It is also looks good and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space.

This is my 5th juicer. It like it better than all of the ones before it. - breville juice fountain, which works great for hard fruits and veggies but sucks to clean and is lousy for leafy greens - omega auger style juicer, but with only a 1.5" feed hole... I liked it because it did everything well, but was such a pain to feed things into - champion juicer. I though this would work better but it really was a step backwards. First it sucks for celery and much much worse the auger/grinder/shredder kept destroying itself, so it was, I even bought a replacement for it and it did the same thing. I definitely don't see how anyone uses one of them - a new omega auger style juicer with an oval feel hole that they said was like 2" except only in one dimension. I had this for awhile but got fed up with the size of the chute whole. Otherwise though it was the best so far. Last is this juicer. I love the much larger ROUND feed hole which really is a big over 3". It's so much easier to feed leafy greens into it especially. Another thing is that it is much more friendly to feeding the juiced pulp back in to get more juice out. The only real draw back is you have to cut up celery into 1-2" pieces before feeding it in. But that takes maybe 30 seconds of cutting so is really a non-issue. ... show more
