A different RCA went bad on me. I've actually never had a Krystal Kable RCA go bad on me, so you can take that for what it's worth.

I have had many RCA in my car before and never had an issue. I really thought all cables are the same so why does it matter. These cables showed me that all cables are NOT the same, especially in analog situations like ours. I won't go into the problems with the install. Instead I will just say I have an 8100NEX, MiniDSPs, and then an Alpine v70 amp. At NO point was I able to correct the noise floor with these cables in use. There was always a hiss. I am NOT talking about alt noise or even engine noise. This was pure hissing. In short, they are built good, very thick cables. They appear to be everything you'd want and then some. Unfortunately they fall flat on their face when it comes to performance. Despite that, their tin coated OFC power wire is in a class of it's own. I can easily suggest that. As soon as I took these out of the box, I was impressed. The cable is super thick and sturdy, and build quality is great. The connectors grip hard, slide on easily, and look good to boot. As for sound quality, I am a firm believer that a cable is a cable, and this is no exception; I noticed no difference in sound quality whatsoever. However, the quadruple shielding is comforting, and you won't find a sturdier RCA cable for the price, ANYWHERE. ... show more

Great quality cables! I was very skeptical about buying these cables. I gotta say, I'm very impressed at the build quality. Just received them yesterday and I plugged them up right away to check the fitment. They fit very snug (a little too snug but nothing a needle nose plier can't handle to spread apart a bit). Will update this review after using it in an audio check. If all turns out ok, I will definitely be buying more! ... show more

did custom bmw e 60 install, my goal was sound quality (sq) for a reasonable price. after browsing online for a while, reading audio forums, chose these ones, running 1200w rms amp for subs, 600w rms amp for component speakers. wires are great. even better than monster cable, and much cheaper. love it, if i will do another project, krystal kable would be my choice again ... show more

3 stars because I bought 3 of them and 2 of them work good. But one has a problem with the red side on one end. I backtracked all my wiring in my truck to finally pin point the problem to that rca plug. Even switched left and right and the other speaker started crackling when I turn it up....
