Bought for the front porch, it looks very good. It was a bit hard to assemble because an automatic screw driver didn't do a good job, didn't align due to fast screwing. So we had to unscrew the screws and align them again with that device given us with the tools. By the way the device is amazing, I saved it for some other assembling works. Chairs are very wide, all set seem to be stable and comfortable. Cushions were a bit wrinkled due to laying for a while inside the parts of the set. But I hope soon they are gonna be okay. I really like this 4 piece set. Looks really pricey despite the price tag. It’s a nice size for my little patio and will last hopefully. I will say it was a little more complicated that an ikea furniture to put together. There were a lot of pieces and just essentially just gave you a bag of screws and a 20 page instruction manual. That being said, it went together well and looks great when done. No pieces are wonky, it’s aligned. Just took a while. ... show more

1. This furniture is NOT rattan. It is plastic! You can even smell the VOCs upon unwrapping. 2. Handy little wrench bit strips after assembling just one unit. 3. Components are not fabricated evenly. We received our delivery actually pretty fast. First thing I always do is put everything in order and make sure every part was in the box. In doing the inventory I was missing one part. When I notified the manufacturer they promised to ship the part out to me. It took less than a week to get my whole set. It's going to take 2 weeks to receive the part which is ridiculous. They should have sent that to me out of courtesy right away. I notified them on November 30th of the missing part. It's already December 10th and I still don't have the part more time to get the part than it was to get the hole backyard set. Very disappointing. The one bright note, it's time consuming but they give you a really nice socket. Wrench and you only need that wrench to put the whole set together ... show more
