We have a lot of bikes in our family but this is the first time I've seen a balance bike that was made almost completely out of wood, and I have to admit it's a really cute and clever design. Assembly was quick and easy, requiring less than half an hour to complete with the provided hex wrenches. The thick plywood construction is very durable, and when all the bolts are properly tightened, the frame feels solid and sturdy. Out of the box, thread lock paste is already applied to the bolts to prevent them from loosening over time. This is an important safety measure that I'm glad the manufacturer included. The tires are hard foam rubber so you don't have to worry about flats. The seat is lightly padded, enough for a toddler to ride comfortably. You can even customize the front plate with the included stickers. I'm a big fan of balance bikes for toddlers to learn on, and this one is so fun and unique, I can't help but appreciate its innovative design. Recommended. ... show more

I used to do a little bit of wood working. I feel like I made some pretty cool stuff, and I'm embarrassed that I never came up with anything as cool as this. It's a relatively simple design. I almost want to make an adult version of it, if one doesn't exist. I set aside an entire evening to put the bike together for my granddaughter, thinking it was going to be some IKEA-level thing to assemble, and it was not.... except I was a little drunk and dropped a part for the front wheel underneath the couch... which took an hour to find. Anyway. That was the most difficult part - assembling the front wheel (pictured). Overall. Looks great, looks fun to ride, very cool. ... show more

    • Toddler son loves his motorcycle!
Our son loves this thing! It's fun and cute and wooden and rolls well/works well. The only problem is mommy and daddy have to hunch over AND run around the house pushing him because he can't quite power it himself just yet. Ouch, our backs! But he will learn and grow into it and he already loves it so I am going to go take some pain meds and race him around the house. 5 stars for a very fun balance bike! ... show more

Loved this little balance bike. It's probably a bit small for my 4 year old, but she was using her younger sister's balance bike, and breaking it down from being too big, so I needed a replacement. My 10 year old was able to put the whole thing together, and my 4 year old picked the number she wanted on the front plate. It rides really smoothly, and she adores her "motorcycle". The wood is simplistic and a neat look when so many kids bikes are flashy with neon colors or cartoon characters. This is a cute bike and was pretty easy to put together. My three year old grandson loves it. He had to have the seat on the tallest setting so the handlebars are kind of low but he still is able to comfortably ride it. It seems like it will be stuffy too.

This balance bike is great for indoor use. I have laminate and there's no damage to my floors with this balance bike when my kid uses it. It's fun to play with and easy to use. The assembly was also easy to complete too. The balance bike isn't super heavy or anything and is easy to maneuver for my kid. Great bike for the price. My daughter is 3 in a few months and it's a perfect size. It's small enough to use around the house. My husband was able to put it together easily. I don't love the color but it works because then my son can use it when it's time

This balance bike was absolutely beautiful in person. Quality wood and super cute since it looks like a little motorcycle. It was well packaged for delivery and the box was nice and very giftable. It was also really easy to put together with all parts labeled and clear instructions. Five stars
