I had a hard time getting it to connect to my sink faucet cause the adapter prices that came with it didn’t work so when I finally did get it connected I used it for the first time and heard it beep, went into the kitchen and saw there was water all over the floor. Found out it was leaking from the drain hose under the machine. The media could not be loaded. The delivery but be side that I like it fix it for a single person it’s save me from spending to much at the laundromat and it washes 44 minutes and the laundromat charge extra for hot water you have to play with the O rings with the adapter that hooks up to the sink . This little machine cleans my clothes better then a normal size wash machine. The “spin dry” works as well as you would think since spinning isn’t going to dry your clothes but it does get excess water out so be prepared, you will still have to hang dry your clothes. But that’s the easy part..

Other then replacing hose I didn’t like , easy to do at Home Depot … I’m a satisfied customer so far. I have to hang dry .
